The shuttle bus was very old. We sat in back seat and seats in front could no longer be moved forward so 3 persons in back with not much room for legs. It was delayed in Antigua for almost half hour. Then we got on to larger bus at a station where washroom was filthy. Over all we would never use this shuttle again.

We have traveled with different shuttles around Guatemala. We booked the tickets on spots.

Any travel agencies in Antigua can book a shuttle for you. The price from A to B was all the same, and we've likely shared the same bus.

Free pickup at your hotel, but if they tell you the pickup time will be that hour, don't expect they came on time.

There was a time that we waited 45 minutes due to we're the last one picked up, sometimes they're 30 minutes early as we're the first one pickup.

Regarding the condition of the shuttle, we had some old and new shuttles.

The shuttle we took from Antigua to Guatemala international airport, was a very old vehicle with broken seats. We're like sardines inside, is cheap for 12 dollars.

Some other shuttles we have taken, such as from Lake Atitlan to Antigua was a new vehicle, and we were just three passengers on it.

I have no complaints of shuttles in Antigua, I'm glad we could take one of them, or you'll pay a fortune on a taxi.

We booked a private shuttle from Antigua to Guatemala airport one day before departure ; we paid $15 USD each for three persons. The departure time for shuttle was to be 8:30am. However, the shuttle didn’t arrive until 9:45- over 1 hour and fifteen minutes late. After repeated calls to the company , it appears that the reservation was not entered into their system; as such no shuttle was scheduled. Apparently, when I called the office they had to look for my reservation and then they had arrange a shuttle ...then the driver founder find the address , which further delayed our departure. Luckily, the driver was nice and he tried his best to get us to the airport in time for our 11:30 flight ...we arrived at 10:30am with barely enough time to make our flight!

The service from the office was very poor and the person I spoke with kept making excuses as to why the shuttle was so late. Unfortunately, I will never use this company again!

I booked a private shuttle bus to take me from Guatemala City Airport (GUA) to Antigua. This was booked via Antigua Tours (operated by Elizabeth Bell). I'd booked this based on some research I had done around shuttle services in Antigua, and found this one to have the most positive feedback and to be good value for money.

My driver was fantastic - he was friendly and talkative, despite speaking little English. We managed to talk for most of the journey by using google translate.

My driver was waiting at the airport on my arrival, with my name displayed on an iPad. He was professional and promptly loaded my luggage into the car. I had contact from the company prior to my arrival in the city, which helped manage my anxieties of being in a new place on my own. It was great knowing the process on my arrival and where I would be able to locate my driver; definitely helped make the transfer process a lot easier. Would highly recommend and would use there services again in future.
