We rented 6 E bikes from the Vineyard Haven site. This was our 1st time on E bikes and All Star did a great job providing instructions and a map and also recommended a route for us to follow. We ranged in age from 27 to 68 and we all had a great experience and can't wait to return. The bikes were in excellent condition and very high end. I had a few questions prior to our visit and All Star was excellent to deal with. I highly recommend them

Very friendly group with great route suggestions. Bikes were new and clean and fully charged (e-bike). Bob gave great landmark directions for return trip… turn right after the DQ… the chocolate malts are the best!

Great place to rent a bike if going to Martha Vineyard. We just walked up with no reservation and the hooked us up with no problems. Gave us suggestions where to go & about how long it would take to get there. Great way to see the island. All three bikes were great and we enjoyed the day seeing the shops and gingerbread houses!

The service provided from Robert and the All Star staff was top notch. Renting bikes was easy from beginning to end. Robert answered all our questions before arrival, and was warm and welcoming when we arrived. He treated us like family and provided great tips to get around. Helmets, locks and baskets are provided with the bikes, which made it hassle free. The bikes were in great condition. Cycling around the Vineyard was a breeze, and a great way to see the island. I would recommend this shop in particular to anyone, and would definitely go back myself!

Robert and his team were exceptional. We had contact with Robert and 3 or 4 of his teammates, and they were nothing short of professional, articulate, helpful, and courteous. The bikes were in an excellent condition. The island was very busy and using ride share, your own vehicle or a bus would have been frustrating. Renting bikes from All-Star was the perfect way to explore the island. Way to go Robert and Team AS!

My daughter and I were able to easily pick up our rental bikes, and enjoy a day exploring the Vineyard. The staff at the bike shop were helpful and knowledgeable. They provided great tips on getting around, and dealing with the congested traffic in the downtown areas. Bikes were in great condition, and we had no problem riding them. Baskets were provided, which made it easy to store backpacks and things we purchased throughout the day. We would highly recommend, and we will use them again next time we are on the Vineyard.

I rented bikes for myself, my son, and my grandson. The bikes and paperwork were ready when we arrived. It turned out my grandson needed a different bike and they quickly made the change. The staff checked the bikes and helmets with us and made sure everything was adjusted correctly. Overall, the staff was friendly and efficient from the greeting at the door when we arrived to the check out at the end. The process could not have been easier. I will definitely rent from All Star again.

Great service, great people! Reserved ebikes for visit to MV to celebrate 50 years of friendship with my kindergarten best friends. The four of us had an excellent time, best way to see MV! Easy, wicked friendly employees! Second time renting from All Star and will do it again.
