We saw a brilliant cast and production of the musical, The Full Monty tonight and it was energetic and engaging. The theater is a lovely intimate setting, air conditioned with less than 200 seats.

Theatre Workshop has done a great job with "The Full Monte." The cast is first rate. Definitely for adults or an older teen, but a great story tastefully presented. This little company really knows how to put on a show. I would never hesitate to go to one of their productions. A great local talent pool combined with visiting big... More

We sat front row, stage left for the last Friday showing of The Odd Couple. The front row chairs were not the attached seating they have in other rows. The chairs were a plush, comfy red material and it was just wonderful to watch the play. The actors came from far away, and some local. The production was wonderful, and... More

Once again we lucked out on our timing and were able to see a fine production of Odd Couple, a 1984 or so rewrite by Neil Simon replacing two men with women and friends. If you enjoy theater, you should go.

We saw The Odd Couple performed as two women and their friends as opposed to the original two men. Hilarious! Great twist in production. Highly recommend and not a bad seat in the house.

When you are looking for good entertainment on Nantucket, don't miss the Theatre Workshop pdoductions. I had the privilege of attending the table reading for the upcoming production of the Odd Couple. This is going to be one hilarious show. It's the female version of the play and this talented cast is going to knock it out of the park.... More

Over the years I have seen and been involved in several productions by this particular company. Though the quality of the productions have ranged from just okay to stupendous, the constant of this group is its ability to provide outreach in its casting and production for members of the local community. Whether it's a few old veteran actors or an... More

Into The Woods is one of my favorite Sondheim musicals. That said, I've seen it fall flat more often than not. Theatre Workshop of Nantucket's production isn't flawless, but it certainly isn't "flat" and what small flaws it does have (other than those inherent in the piece itself) actually add to its charm. Furthermore, with a company ranging from a... More

Saw "Into the Woods". Good production. An enjoyable evening. Not a bad seat in the house. Sit closer to the front if you have trouble hearing as I don't believe the actors are wired for sound.
