Take a $3 ride from town (singles only!) to Sconset... then the adventure begins! Try to find the entrance to the bluff walk. If you’re not confused, you’re going the wrong way! Once you find it, it’s as charming as charming gets. Beautiful ocean views...More
My friend and I took the fast ferry over to the island and then grabbed the bus to sconset ( it’s $8 for an all day hop on , hop off pass!) upon our arrival we talked to a wonderful gentleman who told us about...More
Yes tricky to find the start - don’t be fooled and go down the path at the beginning- the walk is effectively through backyards of abutting properties. We took this as the walk to Sankaty light. Very beautiful and we had a decent breeze to...More

We were told of this bluff walk by a local person in town. She suggested that if you just want to go for a quiet, scenic walk and look over the bluff to see the ocean and beach on one side and the houses on...More
This walk is well worth it! It's a little tricky to find the start of it in town but then you walk between grand houses and the ocean. At the end you can walk on the road to reach the lighthouse. Recommended!
