Not something worth making a special trip to see but it is just past Kingston, the cemetery and Emily Bay so you may as well have a look if just to say that you have been there.

This was an eye opener this bridge,They buried a body of an officer in the deck and they only discovered this body when saw blood running out of the stone work,Makes you wonder how many more bodies could be buried in that bridge Interesting.

I like the way you can park safely and walk around both sides of the bridge, photographing and just really immersing yourself into its history. The location is at a stunning stop off point, wonderful for taking photographs with waves coming into the background between...More

If you believe the tale of the bridge it is a different slant on history but the building of the bridge alone with the implements provided is acheivement enough

Another popular spot for tourists to visit & learn a bit more history of the island. A great place to visit.

Interesting stone bridge with a gory story to tell although apparently not true. Nonetheless an example of early bridge building on the island by convicts in no doubt horrendous conditions.

We drove over this many times, back and forth to Emily Bay from our accommodation. While it doesn't look that exciting, take the time to learn it's history - there is an information plaque there, and your tour bus driver should explain it as well...More
