We had excellent tour experience and memories in Macedonia though our planned trip with “Explore Macedonia” travel agent. We acknowledge the professional communication process and the quick respond we get from Mr. Miki during the arrangement. Our assigned driver Ms. Daniella was amazing too as she was always punctuate in time and drove us safely in 2 long distance itineraries. She provided us with so many recommendations and information about Macedonia in every ride and kept us entertained all the way. Our assigned guide to Matka Canyon and Tetovo Mosque was Ms. Suzana and she was so professional and dedicated to explain many historical and social information about her beloved country Macedonia. She did great job in time management and provided us enough time to enjoy and take photos in each location. In our trip to Ohrid, we were assigned with Ms. Naumka and she was amazing, funny and very patient with us and she took us to the best location spots in the old town for photography and sightseeing.

We had a fantastic experience with this group! We booked two tours with them on back to back days and each time the driver was very professional and always checked to make sure we were comfortable. The guides on each tour were kind and informative and gave us plenty of options for how we could spend the day. They took very good care of us and I would absolutely recommend them and use their services again if we are ever in that region of the world!

Everything was perfectly organized. The explanations were clear and the staff (guide + driver) always on time. They have been also flexible when we asked to postpone the city-tour due to our delay flight. The shuttle bus was quite new and clean. The guide spoke a clear Italian and was well prepared.

Fantastic dedicated tour for myself and my partner around Macedonia and Kosovo, with driver and guide seeking Italian language. Nice places visited. Kind assistance during all the tour. Susanna was an excellent tour guide. Their knowledge superseded all expectations and their sense of history was evident at every step of the way. Additionally, they were very flexible. My travel plans changed numerous times due to unforeseen circumstances and they were able to both anticipate and accommodate these changes with ease. I highly recommend Susanna and this company.

The tour company was very good and Miki was VERY accommodating. We took another tour with this company that was 5+ stars. However, the guide on this tour was so bad, that it literally crushed my dreams. I had been wanting to go to Kosovo for years and had done tons of research on Prishtina. I really had no desire to go to Prizren and instead asked to go to the Bear Sanctuary outside of Prishtina, which Miki said would be fine. (The Bear Sanctuary was awesome!). I had a number of things I wanted to see in Prishtina, but didn't think to tell Miki, assuming that they were typical things to see there. My mistake. The guide was from the Prizren area and knew nothing about Prishtina. Therefore, I didn't get to see things that were my most wanted attractions. For example, he wouldn't take us into the National Library (which is the #1 thing to see there!). He had no idea what the Goddess of the Throne was and wouldn't take me to the museum to see it. He refused to let us go into any souvenirs stores, etc. I was SO disappointed. He rushed us through Prishtina so much, we had to ask to stop the car to get a photo of the Clinton statue (and we're Americans!). Then he dragged us all over Prizren, harping on Muslim customs, which we already knew from our prior trip to Turkey. He was so tied to his time schedule and script that finally we couldn't take it anymore and asked to end the tour early. I am kicking myself that I wasn't more forceful in Prishtina, but he just kept vetoing everything (including a stop to get water!). Our cell service died the minute we crossed the border into Kosovo, so we were dependant on him to get us back to our driver. So we were stuck. Our driver Robert was FANTASTIC! But beware if you get Damir. If you have anything in particular you want to see, you might not get to see it.

We had a marvelous time with Suzana Sich, our tour guide of the capital city of Macedonia as well as the beautiful canyon called Matka, about 1/2 hour away from Skopje. Suzana was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She spoke excellent English and was a great conversationalist to boot. The weather was not the best during our visit, but we loved seeing the unique architecture in Skopje. The visit to the old town was very interesting as we saw the cobblestone pedestrian streets of the area. The statues of Skopje were also very interesting and there were so many! We absolutely loved visiting Matka canyon and visiting the underground cave. This was the highlight of our visit as the cave was absolutely stunning. We promised ourselves that we would visit Matka again in summer or fall, when the weather is better and we can do some hiking around the area. I would definitely recommend this tour and tour guide!!

Booked this tour after after being driven by this company from the airport to the hotel which, by itself was handled calmly and professionally.
The weather was great and we set off at 8:00am as agreed. First to Mavrovo, then to Ohrid. The guide, Alex, was fun and knowledgeable. The driver, Daniela was courteous and excellent.
We packed in a full day of sightseeing, narrated with wonderful historical, geographical and economic snippets of information. We returned to Skopje at 8:00pm.
I took many photographs which I plan to share later.
If you are looking for a great day out whilst visiting Skopje, these are the guys!

Macedonia Daily Tours is far more than just Macedonia. They picked me up from Sophia, Bulgaria. We toured Macedonia. They took me to Kosovo. We toured Ohrid. Finally, they drove me to Tirana, Albania (a 5.5 hour drive through mountainous terrain). Each and every driver and tour was wonderful. From the time Miki answered my first email through on-line payment, we deed everything remotely and all was extremely smooth and professional. They adjusted each itinerary to fit my needs. I strongly recommend you use this travel agency first when arranging anything anywhere in the Balkans.

I want to thank this company for being able to provide these tour options.
The tours provided are highly interesting and you will learn a lot of knowledge, through the tour guides provided. Special thanks to Suzana, Biljana and Magdalena, who really their specialities of their cities. I could of sat with them for hours to find out even more information!
The driver, Robert, was very accommodating as well. He made sure that I was fine on the drive to both Bitola and Sofia. He has a lot of patience to do that amount of driving! He made the journey comfortable.
Miki is great with communication. He will try and help you out, as much as he can. He is very efficient!
I personally would recommend this tour company while staying in this country.
