This bridge has a white walled marble effect with lanterns all the way across it down it's middle. This makes for very nice photos in the evening when it's lit up. It's name derives form the fact that along both it's sides are four foot statues of well known Macedonian people from the world of the arts

The statues highlighted the city beautifully and they tried to capture a European atmosphere, but when I looked, I saw that the protection was inadequate. The explanatory texts in front of the statues have been painted with spray paint and become unreadable. There is partial lighting, but it is insufficient. I did not see any security guards in the square area, they were lagging behind in terms of protection.

This bridge is opposite Stone bridge and crosses the Vardar River. Even though it's beautiful and decorated with lovely lights it's just another bridge but decorated with even more statues. Macedonians seems to love their statues.
It is a nice lovers bridge at night from what I saw and it offers great photo opt. It also has less pedestrian traffic than stone bridge. It is sure worth a visit.

One of the bridges with all kinds of statues of famous men. As if history has no women to show. Crazy actually. Anyway. A quiet, pleasant bridge where it is less busy than the stone bridge. Too bad that many signs have been defaced, so you don't know who they are.

On a sunny day, this bridge will give you stunningly beautiful views. Either way, the entire area is worth visiting.

This is a short bridge. Nothing arty or something that looks remotely like artistic statues. Just some stone elections.

what can I say- a huge waste of money for Macedonians, an entertaining photo for tourists, but the underlying politics is ugly. And the sculpture and design is so hideous it is worth a look.
