We were excited to attend the first of many First Sunday Annapolis events this season! It's a great opportunity for people-watching, unique vendors, great food - from a slice of pizza to a full meal - served outdoors, and lots of live music in several locations! It seems to grow each year with more great additions and attractions! Parking has never been a problem for us. Plan for a couple of entertaining hours to enjoy it all!

We didn't know the roads would be closed to accommodate the festival and just as well, otherwise we may have missed out. There are loads of canopy-covered stalls selling everything from foods and drinks to arts and crafts. A great way to spend a few hours walking around downtown and possibly even venturing down streets you may have otherwise missed. Something for everyone at the fair

This First Sunday Arts Festival had a nice variety of arts and crafts, plenty of food options, and great entertainment. We enjoyed a leisurely stroll up and down the streets, sang along with one of the performing bands, purchased some great (and affordable) art pieces, and had lunch at one of the restaurants' outdoor tables. What a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon! Just be sure to dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.

I always have a great time at the First Sunday Arts Festival! I brought my family and there was something for everyone to look at. There is a variety of arts and crafts and live music as you walk down the street. We had lunch outside on the street and bought many unique gifts. It’s definitely worth a trip and always enjoyable.

The First Sunday Festival in Annapolis, MD. is a great way to spend an afternoon. There was a wide range of artists and a wide range of prices for almost anyone's budget. Add the musical attractions and all the local restaurants and it's a lovely Sunday walk. It's dog friendly but I wouldn't recommend it in the hotter months. Also recommend bringing something to tote your purchases in.

Sounds like you had a great time shopping, dining and listening to live music at the festival. We agree you may need a tote bag to handle all your purchases. The festival is pet friendly, so friendly leashed pets are welcome. But you do have a good reminder that summer heat causes hot pavement than can burn a pets paws and you also need a plan to keep them hydrated and cool. Please use caution anytime you take your pet out in the hottest days of summer.

I had a nice time at the different vendors. I'm not huge on these types of festivals but I felt that it was set up well, with a good variety of vendors. If you're looking for something to do, it fit the bill.

When someone that typically does not like these type of events, takes the time to write a review, give you 5 stars and recommend others to attend , we must scream THANK YOU.
It means a lot that we exceeded your expectations !

There's plenty to see and buy. Lots of art and crafts. They close the first block of West Street. Something fun to do in a Sunday.

This is a small street festival. Art, food, music. Very laid back.
We sat at one of the restaurant's outdoor tables and had pizza and wine.

We are glad you enjoyed your visit. Art, music and food in a laid back setting is a great description. Since your last visit the festival has continued to grow. The festival now extends on West Street from Church Circle to the Loews Hotel, plus Whitmore Park.
