This is a beautiful small park with fabulous vistas of the Severn River 5 minutes' drive from the center of Annapolis. There is a small beach and provides a lovely location for a picnic lunch or dinner.

My husband, my 8 year old son, and I spent a few hours here the other day. It's really very pretty. The main reason for our visit was so my husband could do some fishing. No one seemed to be catching anything while we were there, but we had fun. I'd definitely go back, and recommend it to anyone looking... More

Small park frequented by a large number of local fishermen, limited parking. A paddle board, kayak rental available on weekends. Go early as park rangers close the parking lot entrance during busy weekends. Sign says "no swimming or wading" but at least 30 locals in the water when I was there.

We stopped by Royal Farms in Eastport and picked up a couple of chicken dinner meals with fixings. We then went to the park and laid out a blanket and enjoyed the afternoon talking and watching the boats of the Severn River. There are both portable bathrooms in the parking lot and inside bathrooms in the rangers office. The park... More

Clean park for 24/7 free fishing on the pier (only free on the pier). Great for catching white perch, croaker, eel, and sometimes rockfish!

This park is a gem and very easy to get to! In the spring/summer, you can rent bikes, kayaks and stand up paddleboards. Picnic facilities are available. Year around, you can walk and take in the sites of the boats and Navy Academy. They have a fishing pier with some Great fishing!

This is a tiny park with barely enough pathway for a short stroll but it is easy to access by bicycle and car. It is right at the base of the bridge across from the Naval Academy with a lovely vista of Annapolis. All the kids fishing there say it's a great location. On weekends there may be a great... More
