Having never been on a food tour, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was completely blown away! George really knows his history and he is a great story-teller. He showed us parts of Annapolis and Eastport we hadn't seen before, including a lookout point with a lovely view. The food was delicious and there was definitely plenty of it... More

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this tour, or about George, our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Annapolis, and the food choices were outstanding.....go hungry on this one, as you get PLENTY to eat!

I was coordinating a family reunion to be in Annapolis this summer. Urbaneventours was recommended to assist us in getting 18 family members around town. What a find they turned out to be! Judy Palmer was WONDERFUL in providing suggestions of everything from restaurants, to places to stay and of course, touring the town. She and her husband George are... More

Our family of 18 traveled to Annapolis for a family reunion and Judy Palmer with Urban evenTours helped coordinate all of our activities, restaurant meals, AND transportation throughout the city in their "buggies." Judy did an amazing job and the weekend went seamlessly despite the extreme heat!! Each of our "buggy" drivers was courteous and knowledgeable about Annapolis and transported... More

I grew up in Annapolis (I'm 57 years old) and when we were back visiting family this wee we decided to enjoy a nice, sunny late March day by taking the tour of Annapolis. The battery operated "custom golf cart" was very comfortable and the guide (Owner George) was excellent. The historic overview of the Capital's landmarks was interesting and... More

A week ago a friend and I visited Annapolis for the first time. We traveled from CT via train and didn’t know what to expect. Day one we arrived around 2 PM. At the end of the day we were not impressed and thought “we will probably not return”. On Wednesday, October 21 we booked your Historic Tour , Annapolis... More

Upon the recommendation of a friend we booked this tour and had a wonderful experience! We wanted to see as much of Annapolis as we could and tour the Academy as well. This is the best way to see Annapolis, you cover a lot of territory in a relatively short time. John, our tour guide was wonderful. His passion for... More

Kudos to the gal at the Visitors Center who gave us Urban Adventures phone number when all the trolley rides were full for the day. We asked about walking tours ('oh, that would be a good idea' - really?), but were thrilled when George found Mike and Mike to cart (literally, souped-up golf carts) our group of 8 around the... We called the tour since there was a race that closed out way to the tour. We walked about 2 miles to get to the visitor center was had the eCruiser waiting for us along with one other couple. We toured multiple places of historic significance while taking in the beautiful day and sight seeing with out driving and looking.... More

After reading about this tour company we contacted the owner George who was very helpful in arranging our tour of historic Annapolis. Rather than touring around in a bus or trolley with a "canned" tour, we had a personal tour guide (Mike), who gave us an up close and personal explanation about all of the historic Annapolis and Eastport areas....
