We put our names on the list in the Visitor Center as #5 and #6 to take the 2:00 trolley tour of Annapolis. At 1:45, a crowd of people formed at the trolley, and the driver let on a walk-up group of eight people who had not pre-registered, as well as at least six other people. By the time we got to the front of the line, the trolley had two seats left and people were still in line behind us. We declined to board, as all passengers were seated shoulder-to-shoulder and one in front of another. We were surprised at the lack of social distancing as well as the poor system of boarding passengers who had signed up for the tour. Very shoddy operation indeed.

Clean trolley with a very good driver taking in all of the sights and full of interesting historical information. Marred by the poor AC. We struggled with the heat on the bus, very little airflow. I almost asked to get off at one point.

In addition to the 40 minute boat tour we took on our first day, we took the hour long trolley tour in the afternoon. It was well worth it. The congestion in the area really makes it difficult to get around, so each day we parked at the Gotts Garage right next door to the Visitor Center on Calvert Street and used that as our starting off point for our visit. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance of that area if you enjoy walking. The trolley tour allowed us to see areas we couldn't walk to and didn't want to drive to which was really helpful. Our tour guide was excellent. He had a great sense of humor and took us to areas we never would have seen on our own. He stopped at the WWII war memorial overlook so we could stretch our legs and take photos for a few minutes. An hour was just enough time to be on the trolley which was air conditioned, but we were able to have our windows open due to the lovely temps. Definitely a great way to get your tour of the area started. Don't miss it

The host was nice, the tour was equal parts informative and exciting, and the ride was surprisingly smooth for such a big vehicle

Enjoyable tour on a hot day. Took the 1 hour tour and extra time was worth going over the bridge and seeing the memorial. Got to see parts of eastport also as well as alot of houses we had not seen on walking tour. Would recommend.
