We take the kids over to walk the dog through the park , and stop to fly a kite in the field. Enjoy a walk down along the river for beautiful Chesapeake bay views.

There are some many trails that you can walk your dog, go for a nice stroll, or bike. They even have a dog park where you can let your dog off the leash and let them run around with other dogs.

There are pavilions with grills that you can rent for larger group events. There are also picnic tables scattered throughout the park if you have a portable grill you bring in to the park.
