We go to Quiet Waters regularly for trail walking. We have also been to social events at the pavilion, and many years back took our son to the playground. As a photographer I have done portraits and events here. As a county resident and taxpayer, I feel admission should be free for AA County residents. The walking trail could use... More

If you're looking for a place to get out of the busy Annapolis downtown scene, take a fifteen minute drive to this lovely park. It features a visitor center, many trails, access to peaceful water via walking, biking, and rental boats, a dog park, and more. Admission is $6 but well worth it.

You wouldn't know you were in Annapolis if you walked around in this verdant park. Close in but it seems miles away. Long walkways and spectacular views of the South River await you. So peaceful!

This park is one of my favorite places in Annapolis! I love bringing my dog to the dog park and the new agility obstacles have been great exercise for her. The miles of trails and different hills make this park great for training runs, and I love how the mile long fitness trail can turn a walk into a full... More

I bring my dog here all of the time for exercise, both for the dog and myself. There's a nice long trail for jogging, running, and biking that loops through the park, down by the water, and through the woods for some pretty nice scenery. They also recently reopened the "dog beach", which is closed off on one end. Great... More

I live nearby so I am probably a bit biased, but this is a really large park that offers much more than you probably expect. There is a 5K trail that I often bike, jog and walk. It goes through the woods and has lots of shade. It can also be extended to 8-9k if you like. Some nice rolling... More

Peaceful, beautiful and restorative places like this should exist in every city. This is a great place to walk, to play with kids, or to bring your dog or a book.

Great for hiking. The trails are superb. In the winter they have a great ice skating rink. Fun place to hike or have a picnic.
