It's a small mall with a lot of high end stores.
It's very clean but also very empty. Since there are only pretty much high end stores, and not a lot of them, there isn't a whole lot of reasons to go there.
It is pretty and spacious, but Multiplaza is a much much better option.

Mixed reviews on whether Soho will survive or not. Our hope is yes. Visited today for brunch at Laduree and had a great time. Did not shop the few store open but did speak with a number of restaurants that were open and found them staffed and ready to do business. Friendly and accommodating as ever with no sign of pulling back.
Be prepared to may cash however. It appears the mall problems have turned off the credit cards.

My dad & I just had one day for some shopping and we weren't sure where to go. I was told that this mall was smaller than the Multiplaza mall but very good and we were not disappointed. We got some great bags from CH, Coach & Kate Spade and also dresses from Michael Kors and a Panamanian brand I cannot remember. There was a gem of a restaurant (with the logo of a bull) that served probably one of the best meals I had while in Panama. They had a rotisserie and so many different types of yummy meat! I was all energised for another 5 hours of shopping after that. And the best part was that it wasn't too crowded - so shopping was quite pleasurable. Easy cab service in and out. The surrounding area is prone to traffic however, so keep that in mind.

We actually went to the mall for the gym, which was the busiest place there. They are having legal issues re. Money laundering and as a result there is no credit card use in most stores. They have many high quality stores but for the most part they are empty. There are three restaurants and we rarely saw anyone eating in any of them. There is a tea room with a candy shop attached and we did buy some chocolates for our host, it that was all of the shopping we did while there. It all a shame because it is a very nice mall, but I can’t see how it can survive.

I was looking forward to shopping at a few stores in this luxury mall. To my disappointment, when I arrived in Panama this week and went to shop many of the stores were closed and the ones that were open did not have merchandise. How can one run a business and not have merchandise?
Safe your time on stopping by, what used to be the premier shopping center in Panama.

Wonderful mall with many top luxury brand name stores. However the employees of every one of the 7 stores and 3 restaurants we visited were totally uninterested in helping customers and they are all standing around with sad faces instead of providing customer service and advise. Very sad, but service in Panama seems to be bad in most places and nobody cares or trains their personnel. Thought this would be better in this top mall but not so.

Apparently you are not allowed to take pictures on their food court terrace. Makes no sense in this day and age. Very unpleasant experience with security.

Its very sad to see a multimillion dollar investment go to ruin. All shops don't accept major credit cards because of a bank fraud, this mall has brands such as LV, Fendi, Dior, Channel and others. No one is shopping there and it feels like a ghost town.

This is a new mall near the Riu hotel on Calle 50. Four levels, all with high ceilings and quality construction. Some restaurants (French cafe, Italian, and a BBQ place) on different levels and a food court on the fourth level where the VIP cinema is. When the cinema is closed you cannot tell what is showing there. I would say that about 80-90% of the stores are very upscale designer names so don't know how successful it will be. There is a department store (Collins) but the rest are boutiques. With Multiplaza offering much more variety, a supermarket, banks, etc not that far away, there will be competition and I don't know if Panama can support two upscale malls. During the busy Christmas season, this mall was largely empty. Parking is indoor.

I went there by accident as it was near the hotel.
Most shops weren't open yet, though they should be by now (october).
There were not that many options for eating and most looked à la carte expensive type of places.
The shops were all really posh and pricey. From Chanel, Burberry, Gucci, etc etc down to Topshop. Topshop being the cheapest shop. However, as I've lived in London- with the biggest Topshop- I can honestly say the prices were quite steep even for Topshop.
The only thing I bought in this mall was an icecream!
This place was made to cater (only) to the uber rich, unless you fit into that category don't even bother. It'll be a waste of time except for the big terrace upstairs from where you can take nice pictures of some the iconic PTY skyscrappers.
