I've tried to make 2 appointments with Roxy, on none of these occasions she either showed up or made any attempts to contact to let me know what the deal was. Don't do this to yourself and your wallet, you'll regret it.

Other than being picked up on time the service poor... The trip started with being picked up at the Marriot at 5:30am to adventure off to San Blas. (Travel time was roughly 2.5 hours). We were dropped off at a pier as the driver brokered the boats out to the islands... Each of the groups in our 4x4 paired with a different Kuna guide. Well the gentleman we were paired with had us wait at a small restaurant and asked that we wait for other tourists... We did not embark until almost noon. Waiting and waiting... Complaining not an option as our driver had left and we were no longer in Panama but the Guna Yala Comarca (a land with it's own laws). The first island actually casual and pleasant... The food marginal... And though the agency told one tourist a vegetarian the food not properly addressed... They simply removed the fillet of fish. When time to go to another island we were de boarded from one boat and told to wait 30 minutes until another could arrive... The brother of the original driver apologized but there was nothing he could do... Tribal law rules on the islands so complaining would not do us much good... we simply had to roll with the flow... Being told we would only see 2 of the 3 islands the captain's brother offered to take us to another site to swim... At least he tried. The next island we arrived on a joke! To sit down $3, to have a table $5, to take a photo with our own cell the natives wanted to charge $1.... Other than a sunken boat a few meters off shore the island little more than a sand bar. The stop a way for the guides to try and make a buck (though just pocket change, the fees offensive when you pay for a package) Finally arriving back at the pier we were told to go with a driver that could not identify himself with a document proving he was with the tour service... The guy that said he would pick us up was no where to be found... Had it not been for the amazing conversations I had with the person that traveled with me the trip would have been a bummer... I highly suggest you do your research before booking a trip... Be sure to travel with cool people in your party as their company will help you get over the poor service a mediocre agency can provide.

We had a great time. Everbody was really friendly. San Blas is amazing, white sand and crystal clear water.
