Can't thank Gonzalo (owner) enough for making our vacation unforgettable. His service allowed us 100% private transportation to our resort in Playa Blanca from Tocumen Airport and back to Panama City for very reasonable rates. His drivers were all professional, punctual and courteous, and complimentary water was very welcomed in the sometimes heavy Panamanian traffic. We even booked a day trip with Panama on Wheels to Monkey Island and hike in the Soberania National Park and had an amazing lunch afterwards at the Las Delicias de Hilda fish market. All tickets booked ahead and any changes or questions Gonzalo was quick to respond. Booking was easy and PayPal made it worry free. Would recommend and use this car service anytime in Panama.

We booked a transfer from our ship to our Panama City hotel over email. The communication was clear and timely. Gonzalo picked us up on time, in a good vehicle and for a reasonable price. We also had a short 2 hour tour of Panama City on another day – good tour, on time and again a reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

This company is one of the best private tour guide in Panama City.We contact them from the USA, got a quick response. They asked us to pay with paypal that we did. In our arrival to the airport a clean nice van with My Guillermo was waiting for us.
He took us to the hotel and than to Miraflores Locks to visit the Panama Canal. The guy in very nice, fluent in Spanish and English, knows very well te history and the right places to visit.
He took us to Casco Viejo , its the old city and all the other interesting places for turists.

From the states we booked Panama On Wheels to pick us up on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at 1 PM from the Holiday Inn Express in the Financial District of Panama City and take us to Colon to Port 2000 to meet our cruise ship which was departing around 4 PM. Our hotel clerk tried to reach the company but couldn't contact anyone responsible. We had paid half of the cost of the service by pay pal. The company had our $47.50 and had verified that they would have a driver meet us. On Sunday, February 8, 2015, we waited in the hotel lobby from 12 noon until 1:15 PM but they never came for us. Finally the hotel arranged a taxi to take us to the port in Colon so we would not miss our ship. Upon returning to the states we again contacted the company by email but received no response.

I had made a reservation for a tailored tour. Everything was in order, including the payment of a deposit. But when I arrive at Panama airport, there were nobody. I called them and the person who answered says: “You are not on the list. You have to take a taxi” and then he hanged up. I tried to call back three times, but they were on voice mail. Then I received a refund of my deposit, with no comment. I never had any email of explanations or apologize.

We arrived in Colon as the first cruise ship in almost two years and the official arrival procedures were horrendous at the port. Gonzalo skillfully navigated through the various levels of authority to get us out of the port in time to not only visit the Panama Canal Agua Flores locks where he gave us a personalized tour, but a safe and on time delivery to the Panama city airport. Along the way he answered any and all of our questions about life in Panama. We highly recommend his company for your transportation needs in either direction.

Gonzalo was beyond punctual, professional and helpful!! He is a very safe driver, very knowledgeable about Panama, and great company! He kept us entertained to and from our cruise while teaching us about Panama. He responds extremely quickly and was very flexible!

We visited Panama City and traveled to the Sheraton Bijao resort with 11 of us. Gonzalo Grimaldo was very responsive to our requests and sent us a comfortable Mercedes van to drop us off from Hampton Panama to the Sheraton Bijao which is about 2 hours drive. He also arranged for us to be picked up early morning for our return trip to the airport. His drivers were very friendly and helpful. Of all the different companies I contacted for transportation, this was the best quote and service.

I required transport of luggage from the Colon cruise ship terminal to Panama City. Panama on Wheels responded promptly to my inquiry with a competitive quote. They monitored the ship's location to know precisely where to meet the ship. The driver was courteous and the luggage was delivered promptly in a clean vehicle. Would highly recommend the service.

I booked by email from Europe prior to the trip. Panama on Wheels was very efficient in contacting me and replying to all my questions. The price for the transfer was very reasonable at $90 as some other passengers paid $120 to travel by taxi. There was a little delay in the pickup but that was because I had not been more specific in saying at which area of the Colon cruise terminal our ship was docking. However the driver found us, and was very efficient in getting us to the airport. He drove very safely and the car was comfortable and air-conditioned. I would recommend Panama on Wheels.
