Founded in 2002, PBA Holding Group is based in PANAMA. Little by little, & throughout these last few years, PBA's Tour Services have engrained their niche in Panama's tourism market. Dependable, readily-accessible & a solid track record, are qualities that have truly allowed us the honor of being called upon by world re-known hotel franchises in Panama in order for us to provide tours to their Guests. My experience with PBA Holdings was a one of a kind experience. Our guide and the owner of the business, Omar, took us to all of the perfect spots including waterfalls, the San Blas islands, authentic Panamanian eateries, the Canal, and on scenic hikes. Omar as well as the guides that PBA employs, are very knowledgeable about every aspect of Panama including its culture, its history, and where to go while visiting the country. The personalized experience that PBA offers is unmatched by any other group in Panama. I was there for 10 days and spent three days in the San Blas Islands. While in Panama we visited with the native tribes both near the Canal and the Guna People of the San Blas Islands. While on the Islands Omar personally took us on a tour of the Islands and generously cooked for us the two evenings while we were there. Omar timed drives perfectly so that we could watch the sunrise on the peaks of Panama's highlands, catch the waterfalls at just the right time, and beat the rain to have a perfect day. PBA knows just about everyone in Panama to give you the best tour experience possible. Omar is also very helpful when it comes to travel tips and airport pickups! PBA has relationships with some hotels in the Panama City area and thus makes your private tour pair seamlessly with your hotel stay. While in Panama my 10 person group stayed in the Bristol Hotel, one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed in and PBA has a relationship with this hotel. While on our day trips Omar and PBA covered our lunches a majority of the time either with locally bought lunches or prepacked lunches that were equally tasty!
When I return to Panama there is no doubt that I will choose PBA Holding Group Private Tours. Their personalized and authenticate experience will make for a memorable vacation that you will think back on decades after your vacation. From the moment he picked us up at the airport, Omar was the perfect guide—interesting, knowledgeable, personable and with great attention to detail. We toured Panama City, ferried through the canal, hiked in the rainforest to a waterfall, visited an Embera village, took an aerial tram through the rainforest, boated to monkey island, ate with the locals, lunched at Gamboa resort and much much more. We can’t recommend Omar and PBA tours high enough. Terrific trip!!!

We visited Panama City in late November 2020 for a medical appointment. Wrote off the trip as a hotel only stay since we only had an afternoon on the last day to do any sightseeing. Wasn’t looking good, but at the last minute we were able to get a hold of Omar at PBA Tours via the Hilton front desk. Omar was able to get us out of the hotel and customize a four-hour tour. Just fantastic what we were able to see in so little time. We walked Casco Viejo (Old Town), visited several monuments around Panama City, drove part of the old Canal Zone, and since the Panama Canal Visitor’s Center was closed due to Covid-19 Omar found a few places along the canal where we were able to watch canal operations. Overall a fantastic experience and thanks to Omar we had an experience that we will remember for a very long time.

We all had a wonderful time and were more than pleased with the knowledge of past & current events that our PBA drivers shared with us while touring in Panama.
I am not a real History buff but their presentations of Panama's history made us want to learn more & more. The Tour Guides/ Drivers were very professional and went over and above what we have experienced on previous tours. They were very courteous and attentive to all our needs..
We did a City Tour of Old Town and all surrounding areas. We also spent an entire day doing the Aerial Tram into the Rain Forest, Slough, Butterfly, & Orchid Park. Lastly we took a wonderful boat ride in the canals to Monkey Island, where we saw lots of wildlife and actually fed the monkeys.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Private tours and transportation with Omar and Roberto are a must! We booked airport transportation, city tour with panama canal, and monkey island and aerial tram. I highly recommend this tour company and it's great being able to customize your private tours. We also wanted to do the partial canal transit, but there wasn't enough people that booked it (this didn't have anything to do with PBA holding group). I'm so happy that we booked the private tours with Omar's company because we were able to see as much as we could of the canal on the other tours we booked with them. Omar and Roberto are friendly and personable. You won't be disappointed!

Se could not have been more pleased with PBA Holding Group and its tour guides. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport. We had both Pedro and Bob as our guides for the week we spent in Panama. We were 2 couples and they picked us up at our hotel (20 minutes outside of downtow) on time every morning and we experienced everything we wanted to do every day. We did the City tour and Panal Canal outlook and museum (with a great film), the Embera Indian Village and waterfall hike (caveat- the hike to the waterfalls includes walking in the shallow stream and climbing over 3 sets of rocks), thr Rainforest including the aerial tram, Monkey Island and the Slouth Sanctuary, and finally the Anton Valley (caveat- the hike is very strenu=ous and is straight up hill).
Both Pedro and Bob were wells of knowledge about Panama and the places we visited. Moreover they were extremely accomodating in deviating to show us specific points of in terest in the City which were off the beaten path.They were among the best guides we have ever had in our many years of travel. We would recommend PBA Holding Group without hesitation for private tours in Panama.

Thanks to Omar and his team, our group had the most amazing experience exploring Panama. From touring the city to chasing waterfalls, we were able to experience the best of Panama and learn so much about the country. Omar was incredible at planning the best adventures to make our trip memorable.

Omar was an excellent host! He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced in his work. Between visiting remote waterfalls, the San Blas Islands, and sunrise mountain hikes, this trip was all but unreal. We were placed by the company in a very nice hotel and picked up for all driving by the staff who are very friendly as well. If I were to come back to Panama again, I would book all of my traveling and adventures through this company! We were treated like family while on this trip, and I could not have asked for a better trip. Thank you to Omar and his team!

This trip was absolutely great. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone remotely interested in visiting Panamá. Omar and his spectacular crew were all extremely kind and cared deeply about our experience. We learned all about Panamá City and visited the Canal, the rain forest, and many other locations. Omar is the guy and I would not have wanted to do the trip with anyone else.

This was an incredible experience and one I will not forget. Omar and everyone else on the team did such an incredible job catering to every need while still giving us the freedom to exactly what we wanted. Everyone was polite, respectful, and informative. I would highly recommend PBA to anyone traveling to Panama.
