My boyfriend and I spent one night at Isla Contadora. There were multiple beautiful beaches and we ate some great fresh fish. In addition, we went deep sea fishing one morning. Being completely transparent, I did not see a Welcome Center. The Island isn't very large - we were able to drive our golf cart around the entire island and... More

It was a really nice vacation. Beautiful beaches. But everything is extremely expensive. They don't have a port, if you came with the ferry you have to go down to a boat. If you are young, it's not a problem, but it you are older of you have a disability. It is really a little bit difficult.

Boat ride was about $96 round trip per person. Children's under 5 free. The point hotel had a beach view. Rooms were just ok. Hotel the Point needs lots of work. They shut off the water several times during the day. We found this out when we got to the hotel. Excuse was Because of a water leak.. Later on... More

Im not sure why people ate reviewing this and saying its here. THERE IS NO VISITORS CENTER. people, please be honest with your reviews and photos. I think maybe the profiles for posters on this are made up? And...there is NOTHING on this is Island, outside of private home that looks this spectacular.

I never did see the welcome center, But We did run in to Peter, the owner of the Casa del Sol. Peter and his wife are so friendly and very helpful, They usually wait on the beach when the Ferry drops visitors off, to pick up guests that have made reservations prior to visiting the Island. Peter has bed and... More

We came here to rent a golf cart for the day while visiting the island. The staff is friendly and their golf cart prices are great (we paid $40/4 hours). We returned it an hour late and were comped the extra hour, which was nice of them! Stop here to get a map and a golf cart and go explore... More

You can buy ice cream , rent a golf cart and grab a map. Other than this they don't really know much. If you fly over on Air Panama, do not ask them about flights or where the office is. They had no idea there was an office even though they were 100 feet from it.
