Get some beer and walk around in the night. Go to plaza Francia and enjoy the view of the skyline. Watch out as drinking on the streets is prohibited but just but your cane in a bag and enjoy :)

Excellent place for dinning. The Maitre D' and waiters displayed excellent service and were helpful in suggesting dishes. Food was absolutely excellent. Enjoyed live music Had a fantastic time and look forward to visit again
Reminds me of Habana Vieja - the old section of Habana. Panama's Caso Viejo is much smaller and unlike Habana Vieja the buildings are being refurbished.
Take a cab or find parking on the street. Make sure you bring a camera and walk around the area. You do not need a tour guide, but come during the morning because there are vendors on the street selling souvenirs.
