Finally had a chance to go to Mi Pueblito during the long weekend. Entrance fee is 1 usd for residents. It is interesting but it definitely needs more things to make it more attractive for tourists. It would be great if they can have some...More

I understand "mi pueblito" is going right now thru some economical problems, but it was a place where visitors and nationals could go and view a revival of the colonial interior, coastal (Caribbean) and Indigenous tribes lived. I hope the goverment invest on it and...More

This is a disappointing tourist trap. I believe it was designed to exhibit how Panamanians lived 100+ years ago but would be better served as a school outing for the local children. If a tourist is pressed for time, there are plenty of other more...More

This is the place to find Panamanian Art effects, but not necessarily at bargin prices. The buildings depict what they actually looked like in the early years. On certain days they also have preformances of their native dance and costumes. Very entertaining for all.

Located at the base of Cerro Ancon, this is a display of 3 kinds of villages; the colonial village, the Antillian-West Indian village, and the indigenous Indian village. We went late in the day and it was fairly deserted. There was a young man who...More

This site is good to visit, however if you visit out of season or when nothing re - history is happening in Panama you would not see much activity. However, during the month of november, there are folkloric activities worth seeing. Stores selling crafts are...More

This is something more suited to first graders on a school outing than adult travelers. When my visitors ask me about it, I usually tell them it is barely worth going, but if they must, they should just make it a brief stop on their...More

This is a very good place to visit if you don't have the chance to visit the country side of Panama. The original part is still good, but the other parts that were added to represent the Kuna village and Afro-antillian traditions are deteriorated. That...More
