I give them 4/10. To begin with, they were one hour late, we had to ask them why they were late because they did not gave us an excuse, when the person that was in charge came, he never said at least hello, we had to go to him to ask him, if he was in charge and if the boat was the one that we had to get in. We were just with the boat driver who never said his name and no one gave us the itinerary, they did not tell us how long we will take in the boat, how many hours in each island, they told us nothing.That was not a touristic service, that was not the experience we were expecting from a tour agency. That was only a transportation. Also, they said the lunch was included, but they did not tell us the 2 options they had so we can choose, and the worse, they gave us the food and we had no place to sit in, and not even the bottle of water that they said it was included.
As an advice:
If you are not going to have a tourist guide or a least someone who stay with the customers, keep in communication with the clients not only to ask for the payment.
Make a chat group with all the participants say hello, your name, make us feel welcome and give us the itinerary.
If you as agency are late, you should know and tell to all the participants at least an excuse, do not leave us just waiting. Sorry we are late for this, this and this, we will go in 15 minutes for example.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend My Tour Pty agency. We had a bad experience on October 6th: after an alleged failure in the boat, they returned our money already on point and told us to return home, as if nothing had happened. The attention was terrible.
