2nd time staying in Panama City, 2nd visit to Casa Thai Spa. Booking online is a bonus, stayed in Casco Viejo so easy to get to. Massage packages were varied and great. I did the foot massage and the deep tissue Thai massage, my husband did the foot and relaxing massage. Felt like a million bucks when we left. Owner was incredibly nice and the ladies who gave us our massages were professional, personable and very well trained. Casa Thai is a must every time we visit Panama City now!

After running along Avenida Balboa (great running path), I went there without an appointment and they were able to accommodate me immediately. As a Thai massage enthusiast, I've read some reviews about Casa Thai Spa before visiting, and while I've seen several 5-star reviews, I was still hesitant because of their price range. Even for average New Yorkers, their price is on the expensive range (especially now with Groupons), and even when compared to authentic Thai massages in Bogotá, Colombia or Mexico City. Well, it's understable though because the establishment is located in an expensive and tourist area, and that Panama uses US Dollars too. But I just think that they would attract more customers if they lower the price a little bit. Anyway, since it's the only authentic Thai massage available in Panama City (I've researched), I tried it due to bodyache. The ambiance was cozy. Asian ambience was evident, but not quite spacious. Massage was GREAT, authentic and done by a Thai professional. I tried the Deep Tissue (Oil) Massage ($90 an hour) and left the place totally rejuvenated. For runners, people with active lifestyle, or those with Jetlag, you gotta try the deep oil massage. Customer service was quite impressive and the receptionist and Thai staff speak English. Aside from the price, the only constructive feedback I have is that I was given a bed without a hole and it was a little bit uncomfortable for the neck, even though I asked for an oil massage, not a Thai massage. Oh, and no shower available, and my eyes were not covered when asked to turn around, so the light kinda distracted me a little bit haha (it's kind of a deal for Massage seniors). Overall, it was a great massage. I would go back because it's the only legit and authentic Thai massage in the city. And if they could lower the price a little bit, or offer promos, it would be more enticing to go back there frequently.

I’ve been a customer for a while already and every experience has been relaxing and therapeutic.
I honestly recommend this SPA for any locals or tourists that are in town.

Casa Thai is a beautiful, peaceful and very clean place. I decided to go with the oil massage, which is more expensive than the standard massage, but totally worth it. The place is a bit difficult to find because at Casco Antiguo, the streets are narrow and one way, so take your time to get there. After your massage, take a walk around this beautiful historical place and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea or a drink :)
Keep in mind that a massage at Casa Thai is not cheap. If you take Uber or a taxi from the City Center, expect the experience to cost you over $120. Make a reservation with Sasi, she is very pleasant, speaks good English and has very strong hands.

I’m a big guy, 275 lbs and built like a power lifter. They were able to really get into my muscles and open them up.
They are super professional and nice.
The setting is very calming.
The cost is around a dollar a minute which standard but worth every penny.
Don’t miss the foot massage.

Our experience was in a word, sensational! The staff was attentive, the masseuse were amazing, and the decor was absolutely beautiful. My wife and I had a couples massage for 2 hours after a very long flight and it was just what the doctor ordered. I highly recommend you pamper yourself with a visit to the best spa in town!

We had a very nice time there recently. The Thai-Massage are excellent and done by professionals. This location is highly recommended, the location direct in the old City is famous.

Since the moment I was able to book online, it already started to be amazing. When I got there I felt peace and serenity. The staff is extremely friendly and they all speak English, kind and courteous. I booked a package where I was able to get 60mnts of foot massage and then 60mnts of Thai massage or oil massage. Price, I honestly feel is very decent compared to other hotels and spas that I’ve been in Panama. I highly recommend this place and highly recommend to take an Uber ride to get there, just make sure to use location “Casa Yoga” and the uber should take you right outside the new location for Casa Thai. Hope this helps to make a decision of booking in this place, you won’t regret it!!!

My sister took me to Casa Thai Spa while I was visiting her in Panama City... I’m sooo glad she did. I had a fantastic Thai massage. Beautiful spa with super friendly staff.

I booked on line and paid using PayPal having read the reviews on Trip Advisor and was not disappointed.
The masseur spoke great English and after giving me some light Thai trousers and shirt to wear went on to give me one of the best foot massages I have ever had.
Afterwards my chosen package had a 60 min hot oil massage which was expertly delivered. The masseur kept checking the force she was using was ok and when she found some real knots checked with me before she added more pressure.
Check out the packages on line as these have some great deals saving a lot on individual treatments.
