Overview
The volcanic island of Taboga is known as the ‘Island of Flowers’ and lies just off the coast of Panama City. On this tour, cruise out to the island by catamaran and spend a whole day swimming and sunbathing at the island’s sandy beaches. Along the way, admire views of Panama City from the water, visit Taboga village, and enjoy lunch and drinks on-board.

We enjoyed the catamaran very much; the staff really made the trip special. The price was a bit steep unless you were pounding drinks. The light lunch and snacks were fine but $89 was a lot to pay. We first stopped at a cove where the water was so cold only a couple of people went in. There wasn't a reason to spend an hour there. The beach in Taboga was nice enough but the stroll through the town was the highlight for us.

A great bike tour around Panama City, through Casco, National Stadium de Panama and finished up at the Mercado de Mariscos with a delicous seafood snack. Our tour guide Alex was wondeful, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this tour! A+ tour

Our day with Red Cat Catamaran was fine, but there were better ways we could have spent the day. The boat was very, very crowded. There weren't enough places to sit comfortably for everyone. The nets aren't as comfortable as they look, but that didn't matter because half of that space was immediately commandeered by a few people taking photos for Instagram, which lasted the whole way to the island. Staff were great, service was excellent, the food was decent and the drinks were fine. Really, the thing that made the day pretty 'meh' was that there were about 30 people more than there should have been on our boat. I would skip this one next time.

Hi, thank you for taking the time on writing this review. I would like to mention that we do not use our maximum capacity for safety and comfort. Our boat has 3 different spaces, so all passengers cannot fit at the same time on the same places. We are very sorry you didn't feel comfortable with us.
