Ernesto provided our group of 7 outstanding service over the 4 days we spent in Panama, starting with (1) airport pickup at PTY, (2) tour through Panama City with highlights to the Panama Canal’s Miraflores Locks and Visitor Center, the Amador Causeway, a stop for lunch at a great out-of-the-way local restaurant at the beach, and excellent visit to Casca Viejo, (3) tour to the Embera indigenous village along with hike and swimming, and (4) transfer to Colon where we boarded our Wind Star cruise ship for passage through the Panama Canal and up to Costa Rica. Ernesto is reliable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have as a driver and guide. His English is excellent and customer service outstanding. Our entire group enjoyed spending our 4 days in Panama City with Ernesto. I highly recommend using his company for transportation and tours when in Panama City.

We booked with Ernesto for a transfer from the Panama City hotel to our cruise terminal in Colon. He was early for the pick-up, his vehicle was clean and well maintained, and he was a lovely gentleman. There was an accident on the road and we were at a standstill for probably 20-30 minutes but he handled it with patience and good humor and still got us safely to the cruise terminal with plenty of time to spare. Ernesto is a true professional. Our group of ten used his services for 4 separate arrivals from the Panama airport. When one of our party’s flight was delayed until late in the night, he kept tabs on their arrival and was there when they finally made it. He provided transfer from our Casco Viejo hotel to Colon for our Canal cruise, and as we had a port day in Balboa we asked him at the last minute to be our guide to the Miraflores Locks. He took us to a local’s beachfront restaurant for the best fried sea bass ever. He’s a lovely man with a great sense of humor, impeccable English, very reasonable prices, and knows his history!

We chose Valitours after reading all the fantastic reviews, and they certainly lived up to the hype! Since Ernesto was unavailable, he ensured that his son, Luis, assisted us. We hired Luis for two transport services: he picked us up from the airport at the start of our trip and drove us to the Rio Hato area towards the end. The vehicle was clean and in great condition, and he provided child seats as requested. Luis was pleasant and kind, making my family and me feel safe throughout our journey. Thank you once again for such a wonderful experience!

I had an amazing experience with Valitours. They took me from Santa Catalina to Panama city in a very comfortable van that made the trip very easy on my body. The driver is amazing, professional and polite. Would totally recommend.

Ernestò was absolutely fantastic! He was more like a tìo (uncle) than a tour guide. His service was top tier and I would definitely recommend his services. He was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable of the island. My only dilemma was that I wish we had more time spent in Panama City so that he could take us to explore the island more. We hired a driver, and we got a tour guide and had an incredible lesson on the history of Panama!
