I live in Panama and starting from 1975 have visited the San Blas Islands about a dozen times. It is an amazing get away, but over the last decade the number of tourists going there has increased greatly, erasing the old days of tranquility when...More

I visited the islands in late Nov 2017, but only had one day to see them. A one day visit is feasible. It's between 2-3 hours by road each way, longer on the way back into Panama City. So it's a really long day: pick...More

Sleep in a thatch hut, on the beach, under torrential rain, go and get your feet sandy, your rig wet and then tuck into some Rõn Abuelo at night time haha!

This is the Caribbean at its best. Heavenly islands with white sandy beaches, spectacular local food, and the candor of the native indigenous people, who by the way, are the ones providing all the services. Best place to forget about the rest of the world.

Hi I'm so sorry, I don't have contact details for particular islands. We just booked a tour with Sanblas tours. Perhaps google the island and see which tour operators come up Good luck and enjoy
