Best maintained park in Managua

High green trees provide shade in this park bordering revolution square. Without doubt this park is the best maintained park in the city. In it is a pavilion and a monument with three eternal flames dedicated to three national heroes: Santos Lopez, Fonseca and Borge (Commandantes of the FSLN). There are also statues of Sandino and Ruben Dario, the national poet.

After dark the trees are illuminated by garlands. Wonderful sight.

Small Park Near the Plaza Revolution

It is located near the Plaza dela Revolution. There is a small grotto, some statues, beautifully maintained shrubs and trees. We briefly rested here and took some pictures.

Park next to Plaza de Revolucion

This park, which is located next to plaza revolution, is a nice place for hangout after having an evening stroll within Malecon de Managua, or within the Plaza de la revolution itself.
