My friends and I spent 3 hours tour with Xenia... 20K steps and 8km walk more on less... cool!
It was a very nice experience during a wonderful spring day.
Kiev is a very nice city, but if you want to see different things in one day, Xenia is the right person who can escort your all around the city.

Simply the BEST in Kiev! #1 for a reason!

I had been to Kiev before and yet felt something was missing in my self-guided tour. This time though, I wanted a local outlook and friendly face to walk the streets with and see the sights. I didn't want to be mashed onto a cramped tour bus, I wanted to be able to have some freedom and let my new friend Ksenia show me her city.
Ksenia was the friendliest and most professional guide anyone could ask for. She approached our day with a true love for her city, and along the way showed me interesting and lesser-known areas around the city center. She was patient with my bad jokes, inquisitiveness and "western way of thinking". She never stopped smiling and our conversations during the walking tour felt like we were old friends. She even challenged me to ride the very busy subway with her so I could have a true local feeling.
We capped the tour by eating delicious and authentic Ukrainian cuisine at one of the many restaurants and cafes in the city center. It was the highlight of the night as she explained to me the food culture and types of food Ukrainians eat daily.
I can't thank Ksenia enough for her professionalism, her knowledge of the city, her friendliness, her love for Kiev, and her completely magnetic smile.
Next time you're in Kiev, look to book her before you look at any other place. You won't regret it!

Splendour and famine-a place that makes you think

Natali picked my up from my hotel (me not being quite brave enough to face Kiev public transport) andwas a delightful andknowledgeable guide. Lavra is a place of beauty and belief, with its caves with the relics of some of the area's great spritual leaders and healers, still revered by many who come to ask for their intervention. But what is really staying with me is the statue of the emaciated girl commemorating the great Unkranina famine, when Stalin took all food and livestock away, to the last grain on the fields. At her feet were some offerings, all maybe from children: a biscuit, two lollipops and some candy. Western history has too often neglected what happened here, even if we may know of Siberian labour camps. So listening to some of the history of that statue, and next to it, a world heritage monument built from belief, it is a place to make you reflect. Go see what you think, definitely highlyrecommended.

the 3 hour tour with eliza has been very interesting! eliza knows everything about kiew and its history - we enjoyed it very much! she gave us very useful information and answered all our questions.

I have found Ukrainetogo here on Tripadvisor. I had a very nice trip in Kiev and wanted to find out a bit more about the street art i've seen all around the city. It was a really nice tour and Lizo did an amaizing presentation in each location where we stoped. Since it was the first guided tour for me in Kiev and went so well I decided to make a Bar tour as well for the evening. Lizo could not come so I had a new guide Natasa. She was really elegant and had all the nightlife info for a regular visitor. Her company and the superhigh quality bars of Kiev were giving a very intetesting and entertaining saturday night. Thank You again for this experience!

We had a perfect day with Eliza walking around Kiev. She is a local so she took us not only to the classical places but also her secret places.
Very helpful to understand the city, culture and history.

JUST AMAZING !!!!

Ksenia is really amazing , she will treat you like more of a friend than a customer ! she is quite fun to be with and quite passionate about her country .

I asked her to take us to a typical ukranian restaurant for lunch and she really took us a nice secret place ! it's like a hidden bunker and you have to tell the secret password to enter it . funny and exciting . the food was typical ukranian and very delicious . it was an amazing experience .

then we went for city tour and saw most of ukraine and got to know good history about it .

the next day after some sight seeing she even took us to the mall and helped me with the shopping for my wife and kids ( as language is a problem there ) .

She's just wonderful . Book her guys and you wont be disappointed .

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

Excellent guide service!

As my first time visiting the Ukraine, and only speaking English, I did some research and came across this gem of a guide. I reached out via email, explained my visit, and left it in her hands to come up with an itinerary. I was not disappointed in any way. They assisted me with a ride from the airport to my hotel, then spent a few days seeing different aspects of Kiev. My guide was very professional, and spoke English pretty well. She is very knowledgable and threw a lot of information my way. Good thing it was a short test afterwards😊. Being that it is at the end of winter for them, there still was a good bit of snow and I got my Winter Wonderland fix. She recommended some excellent food choices. I definitely enjoyed my stay, and if you're looking for a great guide service who will assist you in any way they can and give you a knowledgable experience, I recommend Ukrainetogo.
