I had no idea what to expect from this tour but our guide (Igor) was really great and very knowledgeable about Chernobyl and the exclusion zone. We explored Chernobyl, Pripyat and the power plant itself and Igor was able to answer all our questions. I would recommend to others - bear in mind there is a lot of walking involved... More

We had reservations about booking this tour, as we had concerns over radiation levels that you could be exposed to. After careful research online we decided to try it, and we are glad we did. First, the radiation. Our total exposure as measured by dosimeters was 3 uSv (i.e. an average of 0.3 uSv/hour). To put this in perspective, this... More

I did a one-day private tour with a friend to make a photographic reportage of the Chernobyl exclusion zone. We were lucky to have a reasonably sunny weather and only one rain shower, so I could take some excellent photos of this amazing ghost place. We were driven in a comfortable van by a smooth driver. Our English speaking guide... More

I spent a day looking around the city of Pripyat and also Chernobyl. Very interesting and well worth the effort. The guide is very important, I hired a private guide that came with excellent credentials. He took great care and was very careful in terms of risk.

Great tour, well worth the money. Guides are very knowledgeable and keen to take any questions. You get to see a great deal of the site up close. Really helpful with photo opportunities. It looks just like you've seen in the pictures.

Visiting a town that is no longer inhabited was an adventure on its own - let alone one that had radio active zones and is still highly controlled. The guide was amazing, knowledgeable and provided all the necessary information and equipment to ensure the visit was packed full of facts as well as being safe. It was a visit we... More

We have been on many tours and excursions over the years, but our 1-day Chornobyl Tour last Friday was probably one of the best ones we have experienced. It has been on our bucket list for years and we were not disappointed. Our experience of Chernobyl Tour was exceptional - from start to finish - and we would highly recommend... More

Wow – what can I say, this was one of the best tours we have been on. We booked the private tour which collected us at the hotel, we was given some back ground information by our tour guide and watched a DVD relating to the disaster on the way to the site. Andrii was our guide, he was knowledgeable... More
