We did the free walking tour and Denys was our tour guide and he was absolutely fantastic, very entertaining and knowledgable. Saw lots of beautiful part of Kyiv on this one tour and were also given some great recommendations of other things to do. Would absolutely recommend!

Did the Soviet Era 3pm Tour on 13 March last. Wonderful walking tour with good information. Good for orientation and knowledge about Kiev and to meet other travelers. Nice walking route through parks with wide views as well. Guide Sasha did a good job!!

I am Australian and traveled to Kiev in the Ukraine by myself, my main reason to travel was to do a tour of Chernobyl but while I had a few days in Kiev I came across Free Walking Tours in Kiev off Google so I decided to join them. I went on 2 of their tours that begin in Independence Square at various times through the day and go for 2 hours. The first tour was about Modern Kiev and the other was Ancient Kiev. I had 2 different guides for each tour and both were very friendly and knowledgeable of the sites they took me too. Although the tours were free and it is not expected I tipped both guides as a sign of my appreciation of their company and passion for helping people. You really get to see beautiful places of Kiev and hear very interesting stories of the history. I have added photos of the places I saw on these tours.…
