It is the main street, it is very crowdy and loud because of the street musicians and dancers. Many banks, food kiosks and rather exclusive clothing stores. The prices are higher than in other parts of the city.

I don't know if there is anything new I can bring with this review, that hasn't been told, but I was in Kiev 10 days, that includes 2 weekends and I went both weekends there to see some new artists, but unfortunately, they were all the same. Little different places maybe, but all same. So if you have seen them... More

Full of shops, cafes and restaurants. Nice area to walk around, and relax. Lots of benches, fountains and eating places, including ice cream and coffee bars. Metro is central.

This is the main wide street of Kiev, starts at the Independent Square and about 2 km long. The most central street of Kiev is packed with beautiful buildings. There are nice places to sit down and have a drink and on some special occasions it's closed for traffic to create a festival area.

The street is closed to traffic on the weekends and holidays. There are plenty of shops of all kinds along the street in addition to a copious number of seating areas and food/drink stalls of varying kinds. Well worth a visit and a nice stroll.

Always a pleasure to go there, especially during sundays, when its closed for public traffic. To take a cup of coffee, tasty ice cream or just to listen to some street musicians, Cheschtschatyk is always a good choice.
