This palace is not as palatial as others we have seen in Europe. It is currently sometimes occupied by Crown Prince Alexander and his family. They do not own the palace. It is located in the city center. Now it is used for administration of our mayor of Belgrade. The Djilas residence.

Definitely a must see place in Serbia. If you are interested in history of Europe, than this is an extremely big part of it as it is residence home of our famous dinasty Obrenovic. Historical heritage can be seen even in the architecture of the place. As Serbia was a monarhy an empire , a republic, a state, this place... More
