Another beautiful church with lovely paintings all over the walls and ceiling. The impressive item is the chandelier which is made out of swords and bullets.

It's a wonderful little church every tourist should see, especially if they're taking a tour around the Kalemegdan fortress.

beautiful 'warriors' church. Look at the chandeliers. Have a drink at the teresa on your way back. Beautiful part of Belgrade.

Highly recommend walking to this lovely Servian Orthodox church at Kalemegdan. It was renovated in 1925 and has some beautiful icons.

Kalemegdan fortress is today a beautiful park that at certain hours has too many tourists visiting, but this church is not that popular and you can find a nice place of rest and shade in the hot summer days. It's beautiful both from the outside...More

Very helpful staff. This is an interesting place, with a modern touch. Well worth a visit if you are in the fortress.

If you are visiting the Kalemegdan fortress, don't forget to see this little gem. The church was bombarded during WWI, and later rebuilt. A part of the decorations include ammunition and weapons used during WWI, fashioned into chandeliers. The Chapel of St. Petka is next...More
