For me first floor (prehistoric era) is the most interesting one. For disabled person and entourage

Very nice. I was positively surprised with both quantity and quality of the exhibition. Only the security is a bit weird. I get the rule that you can't take off your jacket inside the museum, that's why you can leave it at the reception, but bothering kids because they don't wear it properly on the shoulders... seems ridiculous

Well organised museum
Oct 2020 • Solo
Nice size of museum with 3 floors of paints, sculptures, ceramics, jewellery, they have a good selection of paints from international and national artists.

The ticket cost for adults 300 dinars students 150.

They are very strict with the covid guidelines so be sure you bring a mask and antibacterial. They did not let bring inside my little cuddle toy.... they forced me to put my handbag in the cloak room.

Not videos, not flash photography not touching he was very imperative, I felt watched all the time they made me feel like I was a thief I was the only one in the museum. I think they should be more Road since is an army of people working in there.

The toilets were clean, they have a coffee shop at the top with a vendo machine.

Good museum. Free, mostly

We enjoyed this museum, which is organised chronologically and you can easily breeze through it in about an hour or so, despite it's imposing size.

Very interesting museum of the history of Serbs
Nov 2019 • Solo
National Museum (Narodni Musej, in Serbian language) is located in Republic Square (Trg Republike, in Serbian), one of the main places in Belgrade. In this museum, you can learn a lot from the prehistory to nowadays. In fact, it is a museum of the history of Serbs as a nation (not a museum of history of Serbia as a geographic country), so you can see a lot of objects from Serbs in all regions, where they have lived (B&H, Croatia and other Republics of de disappeared Yugoslavia). Really a very interesting museum, where you can find a sumarize of the history.

Lots of Serbian history
Dec 2019 • Couples
Came here after hearing many good things about it and I’m glad to have had the opportunity to come. The museum has over 3 floors of Serbian history where you could spend hours on end reading and observing artifacts and paintings. Had a great time learning more about the history of Serbia. Well worth coming here!

With only 300 Serbian dinars, you can't enter to many other museums in other countries and with this variety of exhibits!! I suggest it for sure!!

A true jewel!
Feb 2020 • Family
Visiting family with two young children, we were pleasantly surprised how everything was well organized. On three floors of an impressive building, a tremendous collection of artistic and historical heritage really kept us interested, both children and adults. We will certainly come back to continue exploring!

Good Museum, Over Concerned Security Staff
Jan 2020 • Solo
I’ve been to the museum and noticed that the security staff is overly protective about the items in the museum. They act as if the visitors are going to steal everything from the museum. They constantly follow you like a shadow and make you feel guilty. I could not enjoy my visit.
