I booked this company for a long tour, 10 days in total, and I was really impressed with the service I received. They provided two friendly, English-speaking drivers, who were incredibly professional throughout. The bus was always on time, and always very safely driven. I can't recommend this company highly enough!

Glob Metropoliten drove our group of ten around Serbia, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina for 12 days. Our drivers Goran and Bane were cheerful, friendly, and spoke excellent English. They were always punctual, and rose to the occasion of sometimes challenging roads. The minibus was comfortable, with plenty of space for both passengers and luggage. This company went out of their way to provide exceptional service, and I would gladly use them again!

Friend of mine recommended this tour to me, since he enjoyed it so much last spring. I was greeted with care and perfect service by an English speaking tour guide who showed me and my sister the hidden beauty of this part of Europe. We saw old fortress from Ottoman period and whole old part of the city which was amazing. Mad a lot of god pics. Will be definitely going back here...

I visited the lovely city of Belgrade for nine days around my friend's wedding (as his bride was born here so the wedding was held here) in late August to early September 2015. I wanted to visit Novi Sad in the north for many reasons: I like history, I enjoy cultural events, its good to see more than one city in a country and I was working as a journalist from the late 1990s. In 1999 Novi Sad was heavily hit by NATO including a TV station and I really wanted to see this city. I could have just jumped the bus myself for 7-8 euros return and then join a free daily city tour in Novi Sad but decided to look into organised tour groups from Belgrade to be social at the end of my visit here for the wedding. The Belgrade Tourism Office gave me the flyer for Glob Tours and I also found them online via Booking.com but I didn't know it was them initially. I wrote both contacts. The tour on Booking.com was priced at £48 (about 65 euros) and the reply from the email address on the flyer from the Tourism Office told me the tour cost 35 euros. At this time they told me I had also written them via Booking.com and I should instead now book and pay via Booking.com (presumably because they are charging nearly double the price people who book via the Tourism Office are told!). I replied to say I would attend via the previous email for 35 euros via the Tourism Office flyer. (I was researching various trips because I wanted to go earlier in the week rather than up against my departure date on the Thursday). The only trip they were running either at the £48 (65 euros) or 35 euros price (depending on how you reached them for the sign-up) that was running was on Wednesday from 1400 and I was told to meet at Nikole Pasica Square. I arrived at 1345 and waited until 1400. I saw nobody so I rang the office to say I had arrived and I was sitting by the statue. I saw nobody on the Square. They told me the guide was running a bit late and he would arrive shortly and to wait. I made it clear I was sitting right at the statue (and in the hot sunshine in 35c temps). Mobile phone roaming is not cheap in Serbia. My UK carrier charges me £2 per minute. (A UK based friend of mine who attended the wedding was being charged £4 per minute by his carrier.) I probably spent around £10-£12 in total talking to these people on the phone about this tour. By 1430 I decided that the guide must not be showing so I left devastated as visiting Novi Sad was very important to me and I was (and easily could have) gone alone for a much cheaper cost but was willing to pay for the tour. When I was able to get onto wifi the tour guide wrote me to say he had been there but left which was deeply upsetting. I had phoned the Glob Tours office and told them where I was sitting. They had my phone number and could have called me to alert me to any change in location but did no such thing. In subsequent correspondence from them they have told me there was a set spot to meet but not by the statue. How I am supposed to know this when I correspond in writing a few days in advance, I am only told to be in the Square for 1400 and nothing is said when I phone from the location at the meeting time to say I am there but do not see anyone?! I would never recommend this company. It's unorganised, various pricing going on and very bad service. I am now leaving Belgrade tomorrow and I can't make it to Novi Sad because they blew-it and I am heartbroken. Do yourself a favour, just take the city bus for 7-8 euros roundtrip. The buses run every hour from early morning until late at might and get onto the free tours once you reach Novi Sad. I regret that I did not stick with my original plan to do that earlier in th week. Now I am out of time and flying tomorrow. The Tourism Office should *NOT* be recommending these people to folks as they unclear and not dependable.

For 55 euros you get a full day trip (picked up at hotel at 0830, returned around 2100). Very comfortable minibus (it's a car if there are only 2 of you). Well informed, intelligent guide with wide breadth of knowledge and excellent English. "Lunch" (taken at about 1600) was included and was at a local spot - fabulous setting, excellent local food and lots of it. Water was provided and there was an early stop for sandwiches (also included) which helped tide you over until lunch. Easy booking (I did it via email). Viminacium has some excellent ruins however the whole Serbian tourist experience is perhaps the more interesting part of this visit! Lepinski Vir (with a stop at Golubac Castle on the way) was fascinating. The views of the Danube are spectacular.
