The scheduling was straightforward, the office confirmed the reservation then the driver contacted me, so that we had direct channel of communication. My appartment had no access, so the driver parked nearby and helped me with my luggage. The drive itself was quick and felt secure, and the driver was friendly and communicative. The price seems fair to me. All in all, a very positive experience.

Driver arrived on the transfer day exactly on time, he was very polite and pleasant in the conversation and with excellent driving skills. First of all, another company (with which I had an agreement) didnt pick me up in Sarajevo two days ago. They left without me. So I started searching for other options. This company didnt have a group transfer anymore for the day, but they quickly arranged an individual trip for me. It was purely professional and the service was excellent!!! Thank you. Very glad I followed advises here and have chosen the Belgrade Transfers among others. I had prompt communication with their office and confirmation from the assigned driver before the night time ride. A great car came in time and drew me to airport for standard fixed rate.
