Huge building built in a true communist style and thus pretty ugly and unimaginative. Huge halls and small ofiices, ridiculous. Some interesting mosaics though.

Reminder of communism

Jul 2022

The story and history is interesting, but you can only stand on the sidewalk. We walked onto the plaza area where the fountain is and the police told us to move. It is really run down and does not serve the same purposes it was built for. Worth a drive by if you have time, but if you miss it, you'll be OK.
