I was interested in the therapeutic massage (€43 1hr), but they said they recommend a mix massage of therapeutic,sport and whatever (€60 1hr).
The massage wasn’t professional. I didn’t get a relief and actually had to go to another place to get my muscles what they needed.
They are kind ppl, but it’s just not professional so it doesn’t make sense to charge as a luxurious spa.
They talk too much about personal things and massager kept talking while doing the massage till I didn’t response.
You go to have a massage to relax and get your muscles a relief.
You can get a great massage in other places for half of the price, or pay those €60 for a spa including sauna, jacuzzi etc.

Poštovani, očigledno je da vam sve smeta, vi ste na svu sreću jedan takav od 1000 našim zadovoljnih klijenta, gde baš tako negativni dodjoste kod nas pored svih tih boljih salona jeftinijih I profesionalnijih...Po vašem merilu nismo profesionalni jer vam nismo dali kompletnu uslugu kao vaši pomenuti saloni, maseri jer vi ne razlikujete profesionalnu masažu gde rade skolovan kadar od zanosnih lepotica na čije ste usluge navikli...Dozvoliti nekome da ostavi ovakav komentar je nečuveno, strašno ... Pogledajte istoriju vaših komentara za druga mesta koja ste posetili, 70 % je veoma negativno, trebalo bi da potrazite stručnu pomoći, TOPLO PREPORUČUJEMO! Good massage , very welcoming team but it is overpriced compared to Belgrade market. I would be careful when deciding the type of massage and I will shop around ... they are a bit tricky with their pricing structure and don’t have any problem making you pay more and more ...

Very relaxing, very friendly, very professional.
I had a backache, the masseur (owner) picked up on it, and sorted it out. He asked every time about pressure level and made sure I was comfortable. He was also flexible, I booked a 60 min massage, and then changed to 90 mins, and they were accommodating.
The room was very clean, good relaxing music, the showers were also very clean, with good hot water.
I feel wonderful to be able to know this team.
Wish them the best.

I thought for a long time about whether to write or not, but friends of the Serbs stood up. As soon as I entered the "salon", I was practically attacked by employees from all sides. I don't like it when fuss and a lot of people impose something on me at the same time.
After I said what kind of massage I needed, and explaining that I hate relaxation massage, I was offered the stupidly most expensive position))))
Then I myself chose from their list the massage that suits me and the cost. OK!
I am a person who loves and understands massage. But during the whole time of the massage, I was waiting for this "massage" to end. For the first time in my life. 1 liter of oil and plus a kilogram of cream - the question is why!? It's unpleasant …
And I had a relaxation massage!!! which I asked not to do in any case. When before the procedure I told the general manager that I like sports massage stronger.
And I paid for it....

Dear client, all due respect we need to ask you a question. How is it possible that someone can decide instead of you what kind of massage you want, not do it right, and make you pay for it. We would like to ask you to read your comment again and refrase it. If we were in your shoes and it was all as you said it were, not only that we wouldnt pay for it, but we would ask the manager to pay us instead... Your goal is obvious, to ruin our reputation and to shame us for unknown reason. We do not accept it! 99% if clients who wanted a real massage have enjoyed the welcoming people infront, our recommendations, the treatment, with happiness paid for it and tipped. We stay the best, with all of our mistakes and flaws. You obviously are not for a massage and for a place with a high number of employees. You are asocial and dissatisfied with your own life. Yet, we wish you all the best, and to enjoy this summer and all of the future massages you shall get.

If you're in Beograd, you need to visit this place! The atmosphere is nothing like I've ever experienced in the US. The owner Mile is amazing!! As soon as you walk in, they treat you like family; they give you a glass of wine, talk a bit, and really focus on mentally relaxing and unwinding you before the actual massage.
The massage itself was incredible, I was sore from the long flight and they completely revitalized me and made the horrible post-flight soreness non-existent. Everyone there is also highly skilled and very professional; they go above and beyond to relax you both physically and mentally while also making you feel warm and welcomed!

Instead of the agreed 55 minutes I received a massage which lasted only 40 minutes. The lady was right from the beginning super unfriendly and seemed not to be very motivated. The massage itself was okay, however by far not as good as expected. My friend had booked the same type of massage and I had to wait 15 minutes for him. So, he got his message for the correct time and was also very satisfied. Probably I was simply unlucky with my therapist.

Excellent expérience ! Very nice atmosphere and one of the best massage you can get. Very warm welcome in the lounge, with free drinks. I Highly recommend the “hedonistic massage” with two therapists for 80 minutes. You exit totally relaxed! Do not miss the experience in Belgrade.

From the moment I walked into the door I knew I was in for a transformative experience. The establishment is top and very well thought out. It is tranquil, relaxing, and very Zen. The high vault ceiling and large windows makes it feel very open, light and airy. Now about the masseuse: Miloti’s hands were heavenly. I highly recommend him. I didn’t want it to end.

We have done massages all around the world, here i would say it's not professional, it's on learning curve.
The welcoming is warm, drinks and small snacks, but the massages are trivial and not therapeutical at all.
We left the place and felt as we didn't had any massage :-)

Poštovani, došli ste bez osmeha, na vašem licu nije bilo ni malo vedrine, svi ostali klijenti u prijemnom delu su komunicirali sa nama i međusobno, vi ste bili uzdržani... Masirali su vas Dušan I fizioterapeut Andrej, vaša konstatacija da su neprofesionalni je uvredljiva na njihiv račun, mi to ne doživljavamo kao uvredu, čak ste nam pomogli da namrštene, drske persone, namene, isfrustriran ili nekulturne u bilo kom smislu ne masiramo, otkaže o rezervaciju... To što ste obišli "ceo svet" vam ne daje za pravo da se ovako ponašate... 99 % naših klijenata nas voli i poštuje, vi ste izuzetak... Zahvalni smo što ste potrošili vaš novac kod nas kao satisfakcija za svu štetu što ste nam naneli... It was an excellent choice to get a massage from Ms. Maria. She was absolutely professional and pays extra attention to the focus spots which I requested.
Overall, the massage from beginning till the end was relaxing and breathe taking until I actually fell asleep during the session.
Highly recommended to request Maria for a deep tissue massage.
