I had friends wine lovers visiting from Norway. As I know that Walking Belgrade has good taste in wine, I decided to book them to show Belgrade's trendy Savamala neighborhood to my friends. It turned out to be a great experience for me as well! The Norwegians were impressed with the buzz of Savamala and its clubs, restaurants and street art. And I was impressed with all the old architecture and history, that I have not noticed nor understood before!

We live in UAE. I visited my hometown Belgrade with my husband and baby son and a couple of friends from abroad. We are architects so we wanted to see what was going on in Savamala as it was totally different when I left Belgrade 12 years ago. The tour was perfectly crafted, the right balance of information, walking, seeing and talking. The guide fully appreciated our questions, impressions and requirements and met them all. All garnered with a great sense of humor. Do this tour with Walking Belgrade if you want to understand and enjoy Savamala neighborhood beyond the tourist headlines.

I love fashion, so this was fun for me. I am not a drinker and they kept offering wine, they had no alternative beverages. The prices of the clothes were very good. The selection was small. I wish I had learned more about Serbian shoes, they are very decorative and unique, but they did not cover much on this.

Ksenija is a very knowledgeable guide who took me on a great walking tour of Belgrade including offbeat attractions such as street art (since I mentioned I was interested in that) and fascinating explanations about the Kalemegdan Fortress and the current massive new construction projects around Belgrade. Wear comfortable walking shoes, Belgrade is a hilly city! Ksenija made a clear effort to cater the tour and her explanations specifically to my interests. I would recommend such a tour as soon as you arrive in Belgrade as it is a good introduction to the city and perhaps more detailed tours of areas of interest to you. I live in New York was really impressed with what a fascinating city Belgrade is with amazing history .

We had two experiences: tour of Farmers Market with food tasting and Serbian winetasting. Yummy!!! Our favorites from Farmers Market are kaymak and slatko. Must taste! The wines were great. Don't miss tasting sweet Bermet and hearing about it! The hosts guides were cool, great sense of humor and knew their stuff really well.

I live in Belgrade so I usually show my guests around. This time I had a group of friends from Cyprus who are crazy about fashion and accessories and wanted to check out what Belgrade had to offer. My colleague recommended Walking Belgrade and their Made in Belgrade tour. From the first contact I felt they understood what I wanted. They put me at ease that my friends will be shown the best and treated in the best way. We were hopping from one cool place to another and having great time, without being exhausted by crowds and tons of stuff. I didn't know our Belgrade had so many fantastic designers! And how you can grab a great original piece at good price ! My Cypriot friends were enjoying every minute of it. They left with cute tableware details and a couple of fantastic handbags.

It is difficult to explain Belgrade in one sentence and get the scope of it in one day.
However, Walking Belgrade tours are genuinely crafted and well-thought-out. You will not only be able to tick off some of the must-see landmarks, but will be given a context to the sight and opportunity to learn of history, art and culture. Almost like a true insider. I particularly like small groups concept, which gives one enough time to stop, observe, process and share the experience with others.

We had a great tour! Our guide was really nice and friendly. She took us around the area around the market to have us taste some exciting food that we would have never found on our own. Me and my two daugjters enjoyed it very much and we recommend it :)
