Shiseido Spa at Stejarii Country Club is the first East European spa under the signature of the renowned Japanese brand. Shiseido Spa embarks its guests in an exquisite journey of senses, offering a complete well-being experience: corporal and facial treatments for women and men, Japanese or additional therapies (Thai, hot stones, LPG, Cryotouch etc.). You may start your experience with relaxation moments at the Vitality Pool, saunas and hammam. Then, continue with the therapy, where you may personalize the music and perfume in the room. At the end you may enjoy a hot tea, enjoying the pampering time for yourself.

Relaxing Thai massage performed by skilled native Thai therapist (good for tense back).
Shiseido spa is located within a luxury condominium in Bucharest (Stejarii) overlooking the forest, it has massage rooms, steam bath and finish sauna, a tiny indoor relaxation pool, a zen room etc.
The spa entrance price for non-members is 170 lei but it is worth buying a therapy and then you have complimentary spa access.
It was a nice experience but not necessarily the wow effect.

The Shiseido Spa at Stejarii Country Club is another great example of how great shiseido spas are.
The country club itself is very high end, so it makes sense that this spa would be as well.
Location: Not far from the airport. If you're coming from the center of the city and there is traffic it could take 1-hour to arrive.
Facilities: top of the line. Hammam, beautiful wet sauna with amethyst crystal, amazing dry sauna with beautiful view of the grounds. Fantastic Vichy shower with star sky effect. Fantastic massage rooms. Great relaxation room with pool.
Service: pleasant front desk staff who are knowledgeable about the menu. Fantastic professional therapist.
Changing room: they provide disposable sandals (good wuality) and a treatment costume.
Overall fantastic. Will be going back again for sure.

Facilities are really amazing you can see the great investment was done in this place. But you will not want any tai massage or vichy shower when you hear how girls from reception are discussing every client on their back.
Romanian service remains romanian service no mater how much money you are ready to invest in swiming pools and relaxstion area. Stuff need to be educated to behave with clients that come there to relax and rest. Couple of times reception girl Florina was teaching me on the phone that its really not nice to cancell appointments, speaking very agressive and even closed the phone once.
My advise if you decided to go and use those absolutely beatifull fasilituies dont go on weekend first of all, because area inside is small and u wont find a place next to swiming pool in relalxation area or will stay in crowded sauna and second be prepared that stuff there is not friendly at all, they seem to be but no more than first 2 minutes

Great location, nice spa facilities, but the experience is unpleasant.
Due to the arrogant and unwelcoming staff, that do not have the least hospitality reflex, like the one you would display when friends would show up at your home.
And by staff I mean unfortunatelly the very first people you are encountering, who couldn’t care less if you chose to have a treatment at their supercaliflagilistic workplace or not, because in their mind it is the only one in their small univers; but also ( some) therapists that are trained to act like robots, by reciting some phrases that are polite in form but not in substance.
So if your expectations are kept at low level, you will find this place quite ok as long as you maintain the interactions at a minimum.

My best friend took me here as a gift for my future wedding. I was like wow from the beginning till the end. I had a corporal massage that was so good and relaxing. I didn't know that such a great place is in Bucharest. I will surely come back again because i loved the experience in your location. You make such a great job!

The experienc begins at the front desk, where after you've passed through a wide hall decorated in a modern-classic way, you are greated by a friendly staff. You are welcomed to change in the lockers - clean locker rooms, with a nice design, very clean showers (offering shampoo, shower gel - they smell lovely). So you put on your bath robe, your slippers (offered complementary by the spa) and you head out to your therapy session. I experienced the Vichy shower - the best session for price-quality! (around eur 45). It is a massage that combines in a delightful way the warmth and cold (steaming room where hot water coming from several showers are poured on your back and from time to time small ice is used by the masseur to enhance your senses - don't worry the sensation is great, not at all disturbing). After this, you are allowed to relax in the pool area, a small swimming pool with high windows overlooking the garden, while sipping from your water with lemons or oranges (complementary ofc). You have the impression that you are at a spa deep into the woods. So, in conclusion high standards and quality offered by this spa, comparable with other EU spas, with affordable treatments. I will certainly come back!

Shiseido Spa is the definition of Zen.
The place looks incredible, with high quality services, the stuff was very welcoming and the treatments were amazing.
I tried the Vichy shower, a very interesting sensorial experience, with steam and ice and also the relaxing area: the pool with hydro massage beds and the sauna.
I would recommend this spa and its services anytime!

I received from my boyfriend a massage at Shiseido Spa and it was such an amazing experience. The therapist was very good, the massage very relaxing and after the massage I spent some time next to the Vitality pool (very beautiful design).
I totally recommend it, if you want to surprise a loved one.

Hi, Fenia! The costs of the massages depend on what massage you chose (facial or body treatment, what type, duration etc). The costs vary from 40 to 100 euro.
Depending on your objectives and on an evaluation made by the therapists, you will together decide the perfect treatment for you:)
