Located in the Old Town (but luckily away from the crowded streets), Abel's has recently opened and offers a wide selection of Romanian, Argentinian,Spanish, New Zealand and South-African wines and the list is growing. It's quite small and cozy and decorated with a familiar touch, which makes it the perfect setting for meaningful conversations around such "magic potions".

They have nice selection of Romanian wines, and quite few by class as well. Really recommended to stop and enjoy local wines. Nice and helpful staff!

This is truly a wine bar. They have a ton of local and Romanian wines to try by the glass or bottle. The staff is friendly, helpful and multilingual. Great place to sip wine and people watch.

You will sit under bright lights. They have a lot of wine and the guys who work there can give you good advice. Wine is overpriced.. 25 lei for a glass. We tasted a romanian Shiraz which was good

There are many wine bars in Bucharest. I am a wine lover and semi-connaisseur and have been to many tasting sessions, including in and outside the country, so I can pretty much say that I have grasped the knowledge of commercial techniques of wine entrepreneurs....More
