Visited twice in 2 days and had a great experience both times. Knowledgeable and friendly staff that really cares about wine and service. We travel the world and visit wine bars wherever we go and we love Abel’s! Coming back tomorrow for a formal tasting.

We went to Abel’s today and had a great experience. Staff were very knowledgable about the wines, particularly local wine. There is a good selection of Romanian wines available which are high quality. We also had a mixed platter of meats and cheese which was delicious. Total for 2 glasses of wine, mixed platter, one lemonade and sparkling water was 139lei (£24), which we felt was excellent value. The mixed platter was really large and filling. Highly recommended we will be returning!

Amazing wine tasting. Dario is a great host, kind, patient and passionate. Great wines, busy place and full Romanian wine experience, answering to any question we had.

Don't miss out on this hidden gem in the Old City of Bucharest. Dario put together a wine tasting that consisted of 5 different Romanian wines...all were amazing! We enjoyed the wines, the shop and Darios' knowledge of Romanian wines so much that we went back a second time on our trip!

Came here when I wanted to taste some Romanian wine at last minute. I went on a Saturday so their regular tasting wasn’t available in the evening. It didn’t matter as the owner was super friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended a couple glasses of wine based on my taste profile. He was explaining the wine from various regions of Romania. Food menu was small but served its purpose of pairing with the wines. It was an enjoyable experience. Highly recommended if you enjoy wine. Romanian wines are underrated.
