This is definitely a curious looking sculpture located in front of the National Theatre building in a park. Worth a look if you're already in the area.

In front of the new National Thetaer you will find this group of sculptors. Actors, actresses from the Roumanian playwright of Caragiale. Not far from it there is his own statue.
