Excellent company with excellent customer service. We needed last minute transportation and happened to find Primus Trans and we were so lucky! They took us from Bucharest to Sinaia, then back to Bucharest and also did an airport transfer to Otopeni at the end of our trip. The office staff was extremely responsive and communicative, sending us our confirmations and driver information right away. And the drivers were extremely professional and lovely, especially for some longer drives. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for transportation in Romania.

I used the service both ways. Arriving in Bucharest, my flight was 3.5 hours delayed, but when I finally got there, the driver was right where he was supposed to be, meeting me despite the delay. The ride to my hotel was smooth, the driver spoke English very well and even gave me a briefing about the city.
Likewise, on the way back to the airport, the driver arrived promptly at the hotel, spoke English well, and the ride to the airport was smooth despite heavy traffic.
I found Primus Trans excellent both in terms of prices and reliability. My emails were promptly asnwered. I paid in cash, in euros, to the driver, so no prepayment was required.

User-friendly website, as written here, everything is very easy to check out and book, however that's where the pros end.
I am extremely disappointed with the services of this company. My transfer was disrupted due to the violation of all deadlines, and I received no apology or compensation. Nothing but rudeness on the part of the company!

Highly recommended. Despite our rather late booking one week ago (called late evening for 4 am trip day after, from home address to the airport flying to Brussels), we were very impressed by the prompt and friendly reply by phone and followed up by chat and email. The best solution was proposed in no time and the entire service was impeccable, including covid measures. Very friendly and professional driver as well. We strongly recommend PrimusTrans both for personal and professional/business occasions.

From the ease of booking, the timeliness and helpfulness of our driver, the cost, and the quality of the van requested, my experience with Primus Trans was perfect. I appreciated the booking confirmation and driver dispatch notification, especially with our very early morning pick up time from our hotel to the airport.

I had the chance to visit Transylvania with Andrei, an outstanding guide who knows perfectly well the essential places of this magnificent region of Romania. This complete two-day tour allowed me to discover the medieval cities of Biertan and Sighisoara, the castles of Peles and Bran (Dracula), the historic center of the city of Brasov and the monastery of Sinaia. Andrei has always listened to me. He answered all of my questions. He is a very good driver. The trip in his comfortable vehicle was very pleasant. He is also very sympathetic. He constantly asks if everything is going well and if there is anything you need. I can only recommend Andrei to anyone who is looking for a professional guide in Romania. Thank you again Andrei!

The company responded promptly to our confirmation the night before our flight. We found our driver with ease right after baggage claim. Our driver was extremely professional and right on time. He also spoke fluent English and provided some info of the areas we were passing. Highly recommended service.

An excellent service. The driver was just an amazing persone besides being professional! We were a group of 14 people and he took us to 2 castles together with a lovely young lady, very attentive and friendly. Superb service. Highly recommended.
