Reliable high quality transfer service

Best Airport transport service without a doubt!
I've been using their service for a while now as I'm traveling often to Romania.
The communication is always excellent.
Even though our flights were delayed a couple of times we always found the driver as expected.
Would highly recommend this hight quality transfer company, really excellent!

perfect transport

This transfer service was perfect. The driver is a really friendly and nice person, he gives advices and recommendations so you don't feel "lost" if it's your first time in Bucharest. He helps with the luggage and in the service is also included water and wifi. Excellent.

A FANTASTIC way to get from the airport or experience some great local trips!

We did the airport transfer to our hotel which was seamless, so very much appreciated after a very long overnight flight. We also did The Castles Tour which the 5 of us can thoroughly recommend. A long day, but our driver Catalin was fantastic! Very easy to talk to and full of knowledge he was eager to share.
We arranged these trips many months before our travel date and were always in contact via What’s App, which took the stress out of the whole process. I can’t rate this company highly enough!

Relaxing and comfortable trip

We lost our plane and had to take a late night one arriving at midnight . My husband arranged a car from this company snd they immediately acted nicely and professionally . We were picked up in otopeni and drove to craiova . The trip was relaxing and comfortable thanks to the driver who tried to offer a nice trip after the stress me ans my son had to face .

Wonderful Transport Airport Bucharest

We had a wonderful experience with this taxi company. We flew with Ryanair and there was an hour's delay. The taxi company actually called us as they knew there was a delay and assured us there would be no problem with the delay. They had my name on an IPad and were very courteous. The driver spoke excellent English and advised us of other trips that were offered by their company. All together a very satisfying experience.

Superb Service

Had an usual request, 2 days visiting supermarkets for business reasons. Told Vlad what I needed and it was all excellent. Friendly comms, great driver, clean car. Couldn't have asked for more.

Going beyond just providing transport!

We used Vlad's services earlier in July and i was great to have a gentleman collect us that was not just friendly but spoke perfect English and drove carefully and not like some of the Bucharest Taxi Drivers aggressively. We burdened them with 3 boxed bicycles and our luggage but they managed and on our unplanned return, Vlad personally collected us and was accompanied with a second car. I would recommend this service to anyone as we have never had such great service. Great human being and a credit to a city that can sometimes be cold and hard. We will be using their services again next year on our return to this great country.

Great services
We were super pleased with this company. The directions for meeting the pick up were perfect...in front of the flower shop. The driver was waiting there with our name on his iPad even though it took us awhile to get our luggage. The drive was smooth; although traffic was horrendous. We felt totally safe in his vehicle and with his driving skills. Would definitely book with this company again. A very honorable company.

Don't look anywhere else, this is the best private tour company in Bucharest !

We were a group of 4 people who hired their services. Everything was as promised and above. Clean well maintained cars, English speaking knowledgeable drivers and flexibility with high customer satisfaction in mind. We also used their services for airport transfers. Drivers arrived every time well before the scheduled time in order not to be late because of traffic. Vlad was monitoring the service all the time from the office which gave us a good feeling of security. The driver/guide helped us to better plan the day and he assisted us where needed (the entrance to Peles Castle is not well organized he was there with us until we got in). We will definitely use their services if we travel to Romania again and recommend it to our friends.

wonderful private day tour

We had an extra day in Bucharest and wanted to travel outside Bucharest. Edvard was our tour driver and guide and helped us figure out an itinerary in the countryside. He was an excellent driver, spoke perfect English and took us to see beautiful scenery and fascinating places we wouldn't have seen on our own. He was very proud of his country and gave us a lot of historical and cultural info. A perfect day! Thanks, Edvard !
