We had a very fun time in the Secret agent and Lev Pasted rooms. The hosts were very helpful and explained everything clearly, and we managed to solve the rooms in time. Great atmosphere, good puzzles -- all in all, I recommend the experience to any group of friends looking to have a bit of fun while turning some cogs in their brains!

An amazing expierence! We went to the “The office of John Monroe” room where you have to solve the murder of John Monroe. You’re given just the right amount of time (1 hour) so it keeps you on your toes the whole time but is still enough time to successfully solve all of the riddles! The staff can help you if you get stuck and give you clues that are very well thought through in a way that doesn’t give TOO much away but still helps you move along in the story. Great fun for a family or a group of friends or colleagues, would recommend!

I went with group of friend to The secret agent room. Room was fun, with plenty challenging puzzles and interesting backstory. Our game master Hana was great. When we asked for tip, it was subtle just to give us a push to right direction. Looking forward to try and solve other rooms.

The game we played was The Museum Robbery. It was seriously terrible. There were a few cute gimmicks, but overall it was very uninspired, boring, and lacked any sort of a good flow or a nice payoff.
One half of the team had to solve some rather easy puzzles, while the other half of the team was just waiting in the dark and not doing much of anything. Without giving any spoilers, the puzzles that weren't super easy were instead just poorly designed. When we beat the game, we were all like "...and that's it?"
I honestly cannot recommend this to anyone, just stay away from it and go play something else.

After escaping from 19/25 escape rooms not only in Croatia, I must have a conclusion about Escape room Arena. Rooms are average with no passion. Cheers for gamemasters because they are good, but rooms just aren't. Every other escape room in Zagreb is better. The only room worth of mention is The museum robbery which we didn't manage to solve in time.
I'm sorry for bad review, but it's realistic.
Maybe if it was our first escape room I would have better review.

Its a very nice brain teaser. The puzzles aren't too hard but also not a pushover. They have a nice tempo to them. Also it fits nicely within an 1 hour time frame, 1 and a half overall. The staff is also very courteous. Overall a great experience.

We did museum robbery and it was ridiculously easy. It didn’t take any brain power and was quite boring. If you have several people then some people will have nothing to do. It is a very linear design as well. I would recommend going to another location. They need to update their difficulty.

We were in Double agent room - very interesting game full of riddles but with the help of few hints we managed to solve it. Game master Paola is great, very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and epidemiologic measurements are respected.

It was awesome! Our hostess Brigita leaded the game brilliantly and all of the in-game requisites worked perfectly. A definite must-see!
