This was a very small place than I expected but it was actually fun. You can cover the entire place within half an hour or 45 mins. The place is entirely made of fun objects with optical illusions. You can gather a lot of peculiar photos of yourselves. (Traveled in Sep 2019)

We truly enjoyed the museum and had some family fun on a late Sunday afternoon when pretty much everything else in the city was closed! Kids loved the rooms with mirrors, becoming big, and of course the bench. We adults enjoyed the explanatory panels and learning about how things happened. The two floors of the museum can be visited in about an hour, but it all depends on how much time one wants to spend there. We could have stayed a very long time as our kids never tired of trying things!

The kids (6 and 11) absolutely loved this place and it was a great entry price. We only stayed for less than an hour but it is quite small. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Took the time to explain some of the puzzle games to the kids.

This is a great place for kids. I visited several times in the last 5 years but a few days ago had an unpleasent experience. In the middle of the pandemic, museum was over crowded, kids were running around, yelling, adults were taking off their masks etc. Museum space is rather small and narrow and that day was almost impossible to navigate. AC wasn't working, it was hot with no air flow in a crowded space. The staff were interested only in selling tickets, they didn't care about atmosphere and safety. We left after 20 minutes because it was too hot and too crowded.

Dear Nataša, we are sorry that our Museum did not meet your expectations. A regulation of up to 50 people in the museum is currently in force. Masks are mandatory when visiting the museum.
Thanks for visiting and reviewing.

In comparison to similar in other countries such as Korea this is quite poor.
More an exhibition for young primary school kids. I took about 15 min and that was reading all the notes etc. Place is small and crapped and I can imagine in summer with a larger group not a great place to be.
Staff friendly and did their jobs.
However, the cost of entry was not worth the value of what we saw.

Brilliant place to visit and such fun. The staff are great and helpful to ensure you know how to use the exhibits. Would recommend visiting when not so likely to get lots of children there so first thing when opens was a good time for us. Great place to take children to as well.

Great experience and professional staff, helpful and cheerful. Always there to explain and help to enjoy the museum exhibits. The exhibits are great and very interesting. It is very kid friendly and I strongly suggest bringing them here to stimulate their thinking.

My son and I loved this place. Boggles your mind. The vortex was down right scary, so don’t plan on staying inside to long. And the paintings with the warnings, do not look at long it or they will hypnotize you. I believe they will, so beware. A bit hard to find, old looking building, go around it to left and head towards stairs.

Went with friends … much better than expected! Well presented and lots of Covid preventing measures in place.
This is a must visit if in Zagreb and a definite place to revisit when next in the City.
Also thanks to the staff who gave useful guidance on how to create and photograph the illusions!

First time in this museum I have found it interesting..... some thing we’re not that good or maybe my imagination was poor.
The entrance does not cost much, is a small place but has enough things to use your imagination and have fun.
I recommend to come in a group to have more fun and take the right pictures .... or you will have to ask for someone to help you with the pictures

Can I visit with dog? It is museum pet friendly?
Written October 8, 2019
I do not know if it is pet allowed museum, however, personally, I do not believe it is a good place to visit with dog, because the stairs and also there are some activities that we will need both hands to interactive with devices, puzzles and other different toys. Additionally, it is not a big museum and I think it is not adequate to share so small space with dog that also could eat something like a piece of puzzle or abacus, etc.

Is this museum accessible for infant trollies?
Written June 9, 2019
The OP is correct, it is located on the second floor and it is a two-story museum. We actually left our 5 month old with her grandmother and brought our 2.5 year old, but if we had brought the baby- I would have worn her in the baby Bjorn. The museum, like several others in the city, are smallish (almost laid out like apartments) with tight hallways and doorways, so it would have been difficult to walk around the museum with a stroller, especially with the other people also visiting. Hope that helps!
