Review of: Plitvice lakes semi private tour from Zagreb
We were very happy that we were able to do a tour to the plitvice lakes in corona times. The company offered us a private tour (for a slightly higher price), and the driver, Darko, picked us up at our hotel. Darko is a wonderful guide, thanks to his knowledge about the country, which extends to culture, history and even philosophy. We enjoyed interesting conversations with him in the car. When we had seen the plitvice park, we only had to call him and he picked us up again within 5 minutes!…

Review of: Plitvice Lakes Guided Day Trip from Zagreb
We went on the Plitvice Lakes full guided tour with Andrea as our guide and Toni as our Driver! Our whole experience was fantastic — from pick up to drop off we were met with nothing but kindness! Andrea and Toni were both very knowledgeable about Plitvice and its surrounding areas. During the tour we learned about local wildlife, formation of the waterfalls, folktale, and more! It was a wonderful day spent with a wonderful guide and if you have the chance you MUST go! We could not have asked for a better day, so thank you!…

Our hotel recommended using Wanderer Travel & arranged the booking for a day trip to Plitvice Lakes. My husband, our two sons & I had an amazing day! Pick up at the hotel was on time. We were met by Darko, who was pleasant & extremely helpful & knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make our day pleasant. We had a short stop in a quaint village called Rastoke and then went onto the park. Darko, once again helped & guided us as to what to do & where to go, very helpful indeed. The National Park is stunning with beautiful lakes & many beautiful waterfalls. On our return journey, Darko recommended a restaurant which served good food, the staff friendly & enjoyed by all. Thank you Darko for a wonderful outing!…

Review of: Plitvice Lakes Guided Day Trip from Zagreb
I went to Plitvice with my mum and had an absolutely amazing day. Our hotel recommended using Wanderer Travel, and helped us with the booking. Pick up (and return) to the hotel was perfectly on time. We were met by guide Andrea and driver Tony, two happy, smiling persons. Andrea was our private guide this day, as December is low season. We had an hour stop in the cozy village Rastoke and then went to the park. Andrea told us the stories about the names of the lakes, she answered our questions and took our photos. The national park was stunning! A perfectly sunny day and parts of the trails were covered in snow. Beautiful lakes and waterfalls. The whole lower part of the park was open (they might close most of it after heavy snow fall), and there were almost no other tourists. It's definitely worth visiting even if just the lower part is open; you will see the highest waterfall and you will take the boat on the biggest lake. In total we walked about 9 km. We can highly recommend going to the national park as a day trip from Zagreb (we had four days in Croatia and spent one in Plitvice), and Wanderer Travel gets the best score from us!…
