Zrinjevak is a very well-kept public park located between the Theater building and the National Archives building. Within this area you can observe a couple of fountains, one of which is considered the oldest in the city, a beautiful music pavilion and some busts and statues that contribute significantly to its embellishment. Walking along the avenue that leads from the National Theater to the train station you will also be able to admire other green areas, all well cared for, interspersed with equally elegant buildings.

This park, along with the other two adjoining parks, host a nice Christmas Market and ice skating. There are plenty of places to buy food and drink. It can get very crowded in the evenings, so it's best to visit during the day.

Zagreb has one of the best Christmas markets ever! It is located in this park Zrinjevac. What a beautiful compound of music, christmas lights, little stands with food and drinks and a big big crowd of kind people. In all of that you have ice skating area which completes the whole story.

When we visited the park, it was in early March 2023 and due to this, it wasn't at its best due to the season. The park is a large green space in the lower city of Zagreb. It is enclosed by large older buildings. It has a nice fountain in it as well.

love coming here on a summers day to hang out on the grass or even during the winter to sip on mulled wine and hang at the christmas markets. no matter the time of year you can always expect a concert or food festival around the area. love it!

Park Zrinjevac is the main park in Zagreb, located in the city center. It is an ideal place to relax, take a walk or simply admire the beauty of nature.
The park covers an area of approximately 10 hectares and is characterized by a wide variety of plants and flowers, which create a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. In the center of the park is a large fountain, which is a popular attraction for both tourists and residents of Zagreb.

I visited this place in summer last year. Quite crowd but still warm enough because of the trees and plants in the garden. People sitting on the chairs. There were many stalls sale drinks and ligth foods.

The park is about 4 blocks long north-south, and one block wide east-west. The north end is one block south of Jelacic Square, the town center. The park is well groomed with flower beds, fountains, statues, a gazebo, and huge old trees lining the sidewalks. It's a good place to sit down and relax in an otherwise big and busy city.

Zrinjevac is beautiful park in center of Zagreb.
During the year there are lots of activities going around (concerts, Christmas market....) that you can enjoy.
There are nice fountains and statues and during Advent time trees are decorated with Xmas light that gives Zrinjevac special, romantic look.
