An amazing cozy casino right downtown, pretty small but well decorated. The first floor is slots, the second floor is live games, opening 1500 local time. Very fun to play, welcoming and friendly staff, everyone speaks English. The attendance reduced due to COVID but still a place to be.
The only downside is pretty limited bar, but it seem to be a Zagreb thing in general.

I have been to casinos all around the world, and i must say this was one of my top 3 casinos.
Very friendly and professional dealers.
The casino is very elegant in design, and the people visiting the casino dress nice. (Semi-formal.).
This is like an old vegas casino, where people visiting dress up and are there for a night out. (Not like new Vegas (trailerpark, flip flops, tommy bahama shirt) that many casinos nowadays are like)
The rules of the games are more favorable to the players than as an example Las Vegas (Strip) rules.
Blackjack pays 2-1
Dealer stands on soft 17.
European Roulett.
Low minimum bets.
Absolutely no mistakes was done by the dealers the 6 hours i was playing blackjack.
The dealers speak very good english. (funny enough better than the dealers i had at Foxwoods in the US here the other day).
I absolutely loved it, and I will be back next time I am in that part of the world.

So I didn't want to write a review but I must because people need to know how bad the casino is. I have played here for years,always tipped well,got treated like s..t their sign of saying thank you. What angers me here is everytime you win money they place a TIP BOX Infront of your face and say put in put in some tips. This is not a professional casino rather a professional begging operation. All the dealers and croupiers do is beg for tips. But will they give you a drink on the house? No not at all! Not even a 2 euro coffee. I just feel embarrassed because I kept coming to this place. Everytime I come and win some money they make you feel like s..t if you don't give tips. I don't get it,if your not paid enough then just find another job. More and more people stopped coming here as a result of this. That's not how you run a casino,and if the owner will see this I would advise to him to fire all the people working there because in a year's time you won't have a casino because NOBODY will come! I'm one of many now who won't come anymore. Or you can teach your staff not to have their hand out when someone has a cashout. For the tourists that come I would advise you to skip this hole and find something better like grand casino admiral or cezar. At least there you won't see begging and I can guarantee you that! . Enough said. Smart people will stay away.

Tips in casinos is a long-standing tradition. Just like in restaurants, bars or cafes. You can thank the dealer or waiter if you liked the service, but you are under no obligation to do so. Tip boxes are always in the visible area for the players, and this is also a tradition in all casinos around the world.
We try very hard to make all our guests feel good and comfortable in our casino and we always treat our players to free drinks during the gaming.
If you come to spend good time at the bar in our beautiful and unique interior, use the free Internet or relax with friends playing poker tournaments, we provide excellent service but guests pay for drinks at our affordable prices.
From your review it is clear that you are a regular visitor to our casino. Please contact the casino manager on your next visit or write to our email and we will try to figure out together what caused your negative experience and try to solve it.

I have loved my first experience in Diamond Palace Casino! I've celebrated Chinese new year there with my friends, we had so much fun. The drinks were cheap, the fingerfood was so yumm and we even won a couple hundred kunas on the slot machines :)

One of the nicest casinos i have visited in region. For players some drinks are on the house or inexpensive. Smoking allowed in many game area. Fun and knowledgeable staff, perfect for any occasion great pricing, I'm going to keep using them for all my parties. Excellent casino interior, high class. Have all favorite games. The casino is great and the slots do pay out. Would return again.

Is there any entry fee or charge? Do you pay for the food and drinks as you order ? Any minimum bets ?

Hi, there is no entry and no charge to enter and play games in casino. There is bets limits, depend of what games you play and on what table. Some food and drinks are free when you play, some need to pay. There is also VIP room, where sky is not limit ;)
