We took a tour to the lakes today with this company, they were great about getting in touch when we couldn’t find the pick up area, super helpful with email and getting us to find our tour guide. Her name is Bella, I can’t remember the drivers name but he was just as wonderful, she was informative and very helpful and took care of us for the whole trip, the lakes speak for them selves there is no need to review them, but this company was stellar! Highly recommend!

We went to Plitvice from Zagreb by hiring a rent a car and drove there . It takes approximately 2 hours drive to reach there but once you enter the park and start your walk there are different options depending on which Ulanz ( entrance) you choose 1 or 2. We could not take the 6-8 hour tour , but took the 3 hour walk which takes you through beautiful waterfalls and lake and you take a boat ride though we had to wait a little for the boat to come but overall each of the steps through the park was worth it. Highly recommended nature trek if you are in Croatia.

I was secretly pleased that the optional trip to Plitvice with our group was cancelled, as there were only 5 of us interested in it. Although a little more expensive, this tour seemed to offer so much more. We were not disappointed. As well as a guided tour of the lower lakes at our own pace, we had a brief stop at the lovely village of Rastoke and a wonderful and delicious lunch of local specialities. Our driver/guide was excellent and determined to give us the best experience possible. An excellent end to our brief Christmas break in Zagreb.

Fantastic trip . The lakes themselves are spectacular and the trip included a stop at some waterfalls and a great lunch - the best lunch based entirely on local cuisine during our 5 day stay in Zagreb. Our wonderful driver / host was very accommodating and keen to ensure our trip was a success. He explained sights and local culture en route and accompanied us around the lakes . We had a very full day leaving at 9 am and returning at 6.30 pm.

We went with NOAR as our guide. My friends and I came from Canada and we were really looking forward to doing the lake tour. We had seen different prices that were much more expensive to include a guided tour. Our driver was the perfect fit for us as he drove us to the lakes and advised as to how to go about avoiding the crowds. He also allowed us to skip the line in order to avoid that very long lineups that were reported for this trip. Please bring cash if you do want him to buy your ticket. Furthermore the ride was very pleasant as we were not on a bus with many people. He had great titbits and historical facts about Croatia. He also stopped on multiple accounts to have us try Croatian desserts which were fabulous. He was very knowledgable and had perfect English. He was very punctual and we highly recommend this tour. Lastly we enjoyed walking the lakes buyer selves becausee with guided tours it’s seem to be quite crowded and the pace was much slower
