Thier service is terrible.
They asked us to arrive at 10:20. We arrived at 10:17 and the place was locked.
We called the number on the door.
They came back to us after a few minutes and said that someone would come to open the door in 25 minutes (!!).
We were shocked no one was there and that they actually asked us to wait on the street with children in a cold of - 4 degrees.
Of course we did not agree and started to go home.
Someone stopped us on the street and asked if we are on our way to the escape room. She said she had the key.
We agreed to go inside.
Big mistake.
In fact, she opened the place so it was not heated and we were left with the coats on.
The employee said she need to prepare the room.
I did not understand why the room is not ready for the customers but we waited.
When she said the room is ready it turned out she had arranged the wrong room and so we had to wait over twenty minutes until the right room was ready.
She never bothered to turn on the heat so we left with the coats on.
When the employee had to explain to us a few things it turned out that she did not know English. Since we asked for a room in English, how come they send an employee that can not speak the language?!?.
We entered the room.
We could not get help when we asked because the employee did not understand us when we spoke in English.
Luckly some of us know Bulgarian.
Even then we didn't really get help when we asked.
I wrote them.
No one bothered to reply.
"Thank you" for a very unpleasant experience.
We will definitely not return there.
I highly dis-recommend others so no one will have to get our bad experience.

After playing in Budapest and a couple of other cities I have to say that the room I played here was not up to standard.

I played about 15 escape games in Europe. There were some really interesting ideas. Other things I've seen in other rooms. The game is complete as a concept. Fun! The whole game moves a little inconsistent, but it was not a problem for us. We chose the hard version of the game :)
But there is a feeling.. I don't know how to explain it - here we were just customers! I know this place! :) It was an old dirty fitness club, but here are poured so much excess money... Missing cozy and welcoming atmosphere, because everything is expensive, shiny and cold... I think this atmosphere does not fit the idea of escape room in general.
But the game is great and fun !!! :)

The idea is fantastic as well as the game itself. Bring emotion and it's a nice brain teaser. I had so much fun, my friends too!

Game was great, staff supervising a little less. Please pay more attention to customer service... and a smile goes a long way.

I played several rooms and expected the number 1 in Sofia to be better. Games were ok but a complete lack of atmosphere.
I would recommend Dextrophobia if you are in Sofia.

My family had a super fun time deciphering puzzles and clues at Offline Escape Rooms. Thank you for hosting the event! We plan to return when you have new games set up. A must go adventure.

In the room you are solving puzzles and riddles in order to find out how to escape from it. Its not scary but you still can leave it in the middle if necessary. The game lasts 60 minutes .

Hello,
You can split into 2 teams of 5. If you want to play at almost same time you can book 2 of our rooms (different games). Otherwise you can play one after each other in consecutive hours. For more info do not hesitate to contact us via phone or visit our website.

Hi! I was wondering if kids can come to the escape room as we will be 4 adults but also 2 kids as we have one 3 year old and the other will be 11 months, My question is can they come into the escape room with us or its not children friendly?

There is no age restriction for our escape room. The room is children friendly as there is nothing scary.
