We booked online and the communication with Beni and her sister was quick and efficient. We booked a one day communist city tour and visited the major city sights as well as period housing and Soviet period monuments including the bell monument which was great. We had a great retro lunch at the rooftop restaurant in the Moscow hotel, that was great and a unique experience. Beni was very patient so we could take photos and she answered all our questions. Day two we went to Buzludzha, we knew from Beni it would be a challenge because of the weather and we agreed to take this on. We enjoyed many unique experiences on the way to Buzludzha. In reality the weather was worse than expected, blizzard, -15 and poor visibility but Beni and our driver Pepi went along with us. Big thank you for that. We had an unique experience in the mountain and we are grateful for that, even our phones froze! She looked after us well, with raki and food. She shared with us a lot of personal experiences of growing up in the communist period. Pepi was very professional and we felt safe all the time driving there and back. No hesitation to recommend Beni and the team, thank you!

Really nice full day around Bulgaria with Beni and Betty! We contacted them on very short notice for a customized Buzludzha and Plovdiv day tour, and they responded promptly with great suggestions for a packed day program. The hours in the car were long, but they knew all the best little photo stops along the way, and also brought a lot of old material (newspapers, legal documents etc) from the communist era for us to look at. It was really like a day road-tripping with the gang, seeing both the historical and current-day Bulgaria. They even arranged the best weather for us ;) Absolutely recommend!

Yes, this is what you're looking for.
This is the best tour I had in long time, the trip was to Buzludzha monument and all the attractions along the way.
The team was professional and amazing in every way, Albena is the best guid you could ask for, very knowledgable, informative and kind.
I would recommend the trip to any tourist going to Bulgaria as it's a must see monument, and I would strongly recommend going with N-Vision especially if your guid is Albena.
Thank you.

I didn't take the "Communism Tours in Bulgaria", organized by N-Vision, but I went to the Rhodopes on a trip, organized by the same team. Beni is a fantastic guide, driver (!), and coordinator, and it was fun to travel around in the breathtaking mountains. She is listening to the traveler's wishes and expectations, trying to realize as many of them as possible, and eventually, she's super transparent when it comes to communication, costs, options and impossibilities.
The tailor-made trip was great in many ways: food, sightseeing, accommodation, etc. Even the music in the car was great, some retro Bulgarian popsongs from the 1950s, which I liked a lot. She helped me to find out the songs on the internet, so that I can listen to them back at home, bringing back memories of the Rhodopi!

I enjoyed this trip so much because Cveti and her sister Beni organized a fantastic itinerary and Cveti, who was my guide, was flexible with what we did. We got to see so much and take on unexpected journeys. More than that, it was very enjoyable traveling with them. I’m so happy that I booked the tour and got to explore Bulgaria with Cveti and occasionally, Beni.

I felt like I really experienced Bulgaria on this trip rather than just going there as a tourist. I was a tourist of course, and saw tourist locations, but I also got to experience talking with Cveti and Beni and seeing off the tourist route things, such as a small winery I went to near their hometown.

This was an excellent trip because they showed me so much and traveling with Cveti was like visiting Bulgaria with a friend.

The tour is super interesting in itself but Beni made it special. She's very enthusiast and funny and that makes all the process of visiting the sites more interesting. I've been very happy to discover the story of Sofia and Bulgaria through this tour.
Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. I spent a great day outside Sofia visiting the amazing Buzludzha monument. Beni is very laid back and has great knowledge of the communist time in Bulgaria. The whole day felt like spending the day out with a couple of friends. Would recommend it to anyone.

Had the most incredible journey to Buzludzha with Beni and Pepi!
Not only is this abandoned monument spectacular to see in person, but there are plenty of fascinating stops along the way you will be shown to make for one of the best day trips you can experience. But of course, this is also all thanks to the tour company; the transport is comfortable and stress free, the guides have so much knowledge about the history of the region to add plenty of context to what you are seeing, and there are vintage materials (newspapers, magazine, photos, and more!) provided to help illuminate Bulgaria’s past.

Highly recommended. You will be well taken care of!

If you have any interest in the Soviet era, this trip is an absolute must-do. I was in Sofia with my friend, and Beni, our tour guide, took us through a lot of the monuments from the Soviet era (and other eras!) found in Sofia. She was professional, knowledgeable, and honestly, a lot of fun to be around. Her English is excellent, and she knew exactly where to go and what to do. Between the Bells monument, Socialist museum, Sofia city center, Rotunda of St. George, central antique market (by the way, it's an absolute hidden gem!), Nevski cathedral, lunch at the "Soviet" Racketa.....Trying to absorb all of this history without this tour would be a huge mistake. Beni was truly an outstanding tour guide.

I would very highly recommend this tour.

We had the chance to visit Sofia as well as the Rila monastery with Betty a few days ago. She is very nice, we had a lot of fun while discovering this beautiful city (church, mosk, Roman ruins etc.). We were luck that the weather was good. Betty really knows what she's talking about and we can see that she enjoys her job as she is happy to make people discover her country.
Thanks Betty :)
